The property is in a great location to be able to walk surrounding areas. The staff was great in assisting and the room was very clean and quiet. Great place to stay

My room was comfortable and clean, with a small balcony. The breakfast buffet had a rotating selection of menu items with pastries, fruit, and breakfast cereal available. The staff really made my visit, friendly and helpful even with a language barrier, there was always someone at the front desk that spoke English if needed, but no one hesitated from making sure I was taken care of promptly. The location was easy to navigate once I learned my way. I felt safe walking back in the early evenings and venturing out on foot in the morning, and if I took an uber, everything within the city was within the 3-4 dollar range. Would recommend for a great location to day trip from, not the hotel if you plan to stay on location all day. Loved it and would book again.

The hotel was clean, but hotel staff was not responsive and did not want to accommodate basic necessities. Was fixing the alarm system for a whole day during my stay and no credit nor discount for the disturbance.

Check in was effeicient and pleasant. For the most part housekeeping was good---but one dau, I felt like the sheets (though chnged?) were not satisfactorily cleaned. The bathroom amenities were not really good. The breakfast was of. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The exercise room was equipeed well.

O hotel é excelente, com bom atendimento. Apenas o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de frios e bolos. Excelente custo-benefício, bem localizado, com instalações completas e ambientes bem limpos.

Perhaps not a five star location but certainly better than acceptable. Clean comfortable quiet rooms with a very good breakfast included. Walking distance to the metro; I only wish I had had more time to explore the city using the metro. Very inexpensive, safe and reliable transportation it was. altogether, my stay here was very enjoyable.
