A refined hotel amongst many in the region which are less so. The feeling is quite exclusive, but of course, you pay for that. The food is very good, although “Lobster served with chips and a crispy fried egg, which sounds irresistible, is disappointing at euros 110 for two people,1 small lobster, between 2 does not go far. We will definitely return though for the sweetbreads cooked on the Josper! A very friendly and relaxing experience all told.

Locatie van het hotel is prima. Kamers zijn zeer verouderd, nog hetzelfde als 15 jaar geleden. Airconditioning werkt nauwelijks tot niet. Sommige avonden tot 1 uur in nacht, sommige nachten helemaal niet. Beddengoed wordt niet regelmatig verschoond. Jaren geleden was het een bruisend en hip hotel, nu een hotel zonder sfeer en gezelligheid. Personeel was wel ontzettend vriendelijk.

Having worked in the travel industry for over 30 years and fortunate enough to travel around the world the has to be one of our top three of our favourite hotels. Highly recommend

Accueil du personnel chaleureux. J’ai été upgradee en suite. L’emplacement est sublime dans un jardin et au calme avec piscine et jardin accès direct à la mer. Suite rénovée, spacieuse et confortable. Excellente literie et équipements. Seul hic, on entend les portes claquer (elles sont extrêmement lourdes, j’avais du mal à ouvrir celle de ma suite et elle claquait de tout son poids derrière moi) ce qui m’a réveillé un dimanche matin tôt, ainsi que des meubles poussés au dessus de ma suite comme si quelqu’un déménageait.
