Reception was very helpful at every point. It is in a lovely quiet location. The unit is well supplied and clean. We were happy to stay there!

Property was clean but needs a revamp

It did not have an elevator and was therefore not accessible easily accessible

Roomy, comfortable, clean & convenient location...

We had such a lovely family break. It was so nice to have a rooftop and wonderful pool facilities and to be walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The accommodation was comfortable for a family. Really lovely service as well.

My daughter had placement at Australia Zoo I went there for the first week and found the accommodation absolutely fantastic and l Found it a very safe place to leave her. I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment was first rate and very clean. Regards Denise Close

Old and no elevator. Room is clean but bathroom smell like toilet.

Management was extremely helpful and pleasant. Apartment had lots of cooking equipment and plenty of beding. We will be returning in the future.

So outdated, misleading pictures displayed. Dirty and grotty. Beds and pillows awful. Noisy.

I liked the size of the unit. I didn’t like that I was unaware there was no lift and my travelling friend had to walk up 4 flights of stairs and had recently had surgery. I will ensure next time I always enquire at places if the have lifts.

The location is great. No elevator. All dishes and cutlery were dirty. An older place, servicable but some water damage to bathroom and toilet walls.

The place was grubby didn't stay was too diety the manager didn't care wouldn't answer the door. Can i get a refund as left within the hour booked out and drove 3 hours home.

Anything was just great. Will be staying there again. Close to shops. Nice and quiet. Just loved everything about my stay.

Great it had a lock up car garage. Very open space living area. Three flights of stairs was a challenge, glad we packed light and didn’t have kids lol.
