We were suprised and very happy with the whole experience, and would definitly return.

Really enjoyed my stay and this was my first time going away by myself! Helpful and friendly staff made my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! A lady at reception helped organise my shuttle home which was really kind. Food was fresh and tasty, not as many options as other all inclusive buffets I have had but the food was really nice. Good selection of all inclusive drinks. Some you do have to pay for. Nice outdoor area with good sun coverage throughout the day. My main criticism of the stay is the rooms aren’t soundproofed very well and you can hear neighbours TV, closing the heavy curtains and talking. The bed is a little uncomfy and the pillows are hard (but some people might like that) Other than that the room had everything I could want and it was pleasant. Would recommended this hotel if you are visiting Cala Millor.

Gute Lage zw. Fußgängerzone und Strand. Modernisierte Zimmer mit Meerblick. Freundliches und Hilfsbereites Personal. Negativ: kleiner Pool mit kostenpflichtigen Liegen.

Fint rom, som ser nyoppusset ut. Var litt kloakk lukt på badet innimellom. Hotellet er rett med handlegaten, og veldig kort vei til Strand. Kjøleskap på rom, og vanndispensere i gang. Så slapp å kjøpe litersvis med vann. Personalet som jobbet der var hyggelige. Nattevakten var litt vanskelig og kommunisere med (dårlig engelsk), og når jeg skulle sjekke ut (på natten) tror jeg han lå å sov, for jeg brukte litt tid på å få fatt i han. Rengjøring var effektiv, og de hadde tatt rommet hver dag mens jeg spiste frokost. Det er litt lytt fra rommet og ut i gangen. Så når folk kom hjem fra byn eller de storoppgjør tidlig, ble jeg vekket. Dette skjedde gjentatte ganger. Er totalt sett fornøyd med hotellet.

L hôtel est très bien, propre bon accueil, personnel agréable, l emplacement est parfait, le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait, par contre les buffets du midi et du soir sont très très médiocres c’est le seul regret d avoir pris pension complète a cet hôtel.

Sehr erholsamer, ruhiger Aufenthalt mit gepflegter Hotelanlage großes All-Inclusive-Getränkeangebot gutes vielfältiges Speiseangebot saubere, schöne Zimmer mit großem Balkon sehr freundliches Personal (man wurde stets begrüßt und angelächelt,.. ) leider nur seltenes aber unterhaltsames Abendprogramm tolle Poolanlage - hauptsächlich nur ältere Gäste - Liegenreservierung (nur für exclusive Hotelgäste) und zusätzliche Belegung nichtreservierter Liegen mit Handtuch trüben Entspannung erheblich

Das Hotel Bikini ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Standort ist super, direkt am Meer aber auch direkt an der Strsse mit Shops, Bars, Restaurants und sonstige Unterhaltung. Die Zimmer vom Hotel sind klein aber enthalten alles was man benötigt. Das Früstücksbuffet ist sehr gut mit grosser Auswahl. Beim Abendessen gab es oft das selbe und sehr viel Fisch. Aber die Mahlzeiten waren immer sehr lecker zubereitet. Auch für Familien ist das Hotel sehr sehr gut. Falls ihr einen Urlaub auf Cala Millor plant, ist das Hotel Bikini eine sehr gute Wahl.

Vicina a spiaggia, ristoranti e negozi. Hotel pulito con personale cortese. Buffet colazione e cena molto vario.

Appartement propre, personnel réactif, petit déjeuné varié et surtout literie extrêmement confortable.

Sehr gute Lage zum Strand und immer freundliches Personal. Essen war ebenfalls gut. Verdunklungsvorhang hat (im Vergleich zu den meisten anderen Hotels) tatsächlich abgedunlelt. Nur die Matratzen könnten weicher sein. Sonst empfehlenswert.

Resident in Mallorca we had a 2 night stay and it was excellent. Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Good choice of food and entertainment was a bonus.

Another great stay at Universal Hotels, can’t fault anything, everyone so helpful and so nice to be greeted by the manager who also came out to reception to say goodbye. The hotel so looks after the guests in every way so can’t fault anything.

Clean accomodations, check in and check out process was fast and no surprises. The room had air conditioning and it was very confortable. I could see the beach from the balcony of my room. Very very well located, the beach in front of the hotel is AMAZING, also with a lot of shops and markets nearby. Very nice staff, that don't bother you at all. Very good breakfast with lots of options. One negative thing is that they only provide shampoo and soap plus towels, but it worked just fine for me. Will definitely come back.
