I sanitari sono scioccanti: Il water è installato altissimo ed io che sono 183cm non toccavo con i talloni a terra. I rubinetti non sono ben fissati, si muovono e perdono acqua. la doccia piccola e scomoda con il miscelatore che ti batte sulla schiena. Rumori: Durante la notte sentivo rimbombi che pensavo provenissero da altre stanze, mi hanno detto poi essere rumori di tubature Servizi: Non c'è bollitore in camera, se vuoi farti un te devi pagare €1 a bustina e andare a fartelo giù nella lobby. Location: Brutta, dietro la ferrovia, non conoscevo Bergamo, ho scelto il lato peggiore. Staff: Sia lo staff alla reception che quello della colazione sono molto bravi e gentili, ma non cambia il fatto che la qualità della struttura è scadente ad un prezzo elevato

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.schone kamer. Deze heeft echter wel zijn gebruikssporen, barst(en) in het pleisterwerk.(hol) in de kamer. Achter de kraan is er zelf een stuk weg.verf of lijmsporen van de aanleg op de vloer naast de plinten, enz. Je ziet wel dat ze hun best doen om de infrastructuur in orde te houden. Alles werkt goed( behalve de usb poorten bij het stopcontact, deze waren defect). Goed ontbijt met opnieuw erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Basic no frills room. Clean and a decent size room. Didn't have breakfast to comment on. Staff were friendly and helpful. The funicular is a 20/25 minutes walk away to access the upper town. Lower town is about a 10 minutes walk away.

Best gluten free breakfast in Italy trip. The First floor is noisy, due to noise from the hotel lounge and noisy doors. Door hinges are dry and gives extreme noisy opening sound. Maintenance and oil is needed.

Desde la llegada a la recepción, que la chica que me atendió no fue muy agradable, la pena es q no recuerdo el nombre, morena y alta. Las opciones de parking que te dan, dado que el del hotel es pequeño y estaba lleno, están como a unos 800 metros de distancia del hotel…. ??? La habitación que me dieron muy ruidosa (102), el WC no funcionaba (entiendo que la persona que limpió la habitación debería haberlo visto) y por último una cama con un colchón incómodo sino en forma de teja en la que estás en cuesta por ambos lados de la cama. Peor hotel y experiencia en años y eso que viajo muchísimo. Sin ninguna duda, no recomiendo este hotel para nada. Debo decir que el desayuno por 9€ está espectacular

Breakfast N/A - didn't book for breakfast Room clean and bedding and towels clean and fresh daily. Problems we encountered were poor air conditioning just blowing hot. Ask reception to check whilst we were out and about sight seeing to return to hot air. Could not use as room was too warm with it on. Couldn't open windows as we were getting bitten nightly by mosquitoes which seemed to be a problem in the room. They woke us in the middle of the night buzzing around our faces. Horrible and we were both bitten badly. We most had a sleepless night on our second night with the combination of windows shut, no aircon and being bitten. Yes they still appeared with windows shut. Was a passable 3 star but wouldn't stay again due to the bites. Recommend people take mosquito precautions.

I had a great stay at B&B Hotel Bergamo City. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with surprisingly quiet rooms despite being located on a main road. The soundproofing and blackout curtains really help ensure a restful night. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, offering a good start to the day. The hotel also provides parking facilities, which is a big plus if you're driving. One of the best aspects is its location. It's just a short walk from the train station, making day trips to Milan super convenient — only €9 return and about an hour's travel. Additionally, the Città Alta, Bergamo’s historic upper town, is within walking distance and absolutely worth spending a day exploring. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi was reliable throughout the stay. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is a solid choice for both leisure and business travelers.
