Updated property & clean. Felt safe. Staff was excellent and helpful. Good breakfast. Only downside was there being no AC but that’s common in the Alps.

Stunning hotel with exceptional amenities. We stayed in suite which included a large living room and balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff at the hotel could not be friendlier. The breakfast buffet was a great addition to our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly service. Comfortable bed. Amazing cocktails in the very cozy bar! The place is very convenient in every way. Despite of being fully booked, it was quiet. Very well decorated for the Holidays. We felt like we are in the fairytale. There’s a wine room, smoking lounge, 2 restaurants, bar etc. We definitely will be back for a longer period of time.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Complimentary transfer from train station was appreciated valuable as it’s just beyond a short walk. Excellent included breakfasts. Beautiful and modern interior chalet style ambiance. Gorgeous views from room and main balcony. Superb cuisine at the casual restaurant with very good wine selections. Close to Gstaad. Visited in early fall but clearly a good option for ski season.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel and enjoyed the restaurant as well. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The facilities are welcoming and well maintained.
