L’hôtel est bien situé, le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le seul point faible, c’est mal insonorisé. On entends les gens sortir de l’ascenseur et les bruits extérieurs.

Hola no me gusta comentar, pero creo que si se lo ganaron Pra que tengan cuidado quién va a reservar este hotel!!! Llegamos y no nos daban habitación y no nos subieron de nivel., no había toallas y las tuve que pedir 3 veces, no había jabón,ni shampoo, ni papel higiénico, ni la botella de agua que dan de cortesía, en mi opinión no volvería!!! Ya que por más que puse quejas No hacían caso!! Que pena a ver pagado por un hotel De esa categoría y la atención sea tan pésima y el Personas super antipáticos!!

Excellent restful stop in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Panamanian business and nightlife. In the middle of Panama's favorite ex-pat residential area, this is an excellent place to determine one's suitability for Panamanian life.

Rain shower in our room was half clogged. Floors are worn down. Breakfast buffet was disappointing

Good customer service

We were told there was a problem with our room so they sent us to another hotel which they said was comparable with the same amenities. The other hotel did not have a pool or a rooftop area, the elevator had a burned out display so we didn't know what floor it was opening up to, and our bathroom had hair on the floor. If that's what they consider comparable, then we wouldn't want to stay at the BW anyway. I will say the staff at the BW was professional about it, and if they had put us in a nicer hotel it would be ok. And the staff at the hotel they sent us to was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here four nights! Very clean! Staff was great! Definitely recommend staying here. Lovely coffee shop up the street one min. Breakfast is great!
