The menu was fresh and the AC was working well.

I was shocked. We asked for a double room and when we arrived the second bed was not even made. I mean we only found the mattress covered and the blankets, comforter just piled on the bed. I decided to be a good sport and made it on my own but it wasn't over. We are a family of 4 in a double room and they gave us ONE towel. We requested additional towels but they brought us just one more. My wife had to go the reception and insist to get enough towels. And that's not even the worst part. No hot water in the shower, shower, it was a small drizzle; we complained about it. Some guy came and "fixed" it. Lol. Nope still a little drizzle and not even warm water. Wait, there's more, the AC stopped working at 2am, imagine that, the room was hot as locker room. Went to the reception in the morning, the staff was nice, they sent someone, who "fixed" it, it worked during the day but on the second night I had to keep switching it on and off because it would not work properly so I barely slept. Overall it wasn't great.

My family had a good time there.

The people responsible for reservations did not add my name to the services. I had to wait until they checked and rechecked. They refused to let me have breakfast even though I had a room. They should fix that.
