The room was clean and our beds comfortable, parking lot is 24hrs with security guard and front desk was good. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the first night we had issues with the toilet that was fixed the same night, however; the water was dirty and we could not shower, the maintenance guy said that they cleaned the water heater and it was normal for the water to look dirty, he asked us to let it run for a few second which we did but still we got the same problem. We noticed the city fixing the street right outside the hotel, the bathroom had a bad smell too, not sure if it was coming from outside. The next morning the housekeeper tried to open our front door, she apologized later, I think she needs to read the front door signed before entering to clean.

La habitación tenía fuga en el baño , se avisó , decidieron que a esa hora d ella noche , el de mantenimiento tenía que arreglarlo y nosotros cansados y con sueño estuvimos una hora esperando y al fin

Falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones sanitarias. No habia agua caliente. Los teléfonos de recepcion no responden.

El personal de ayer abrio la puerta estando yo adentró de la habitación eso me paresio falata de respeto y hoy en la mañana pedi almuerso y se supone que el kit de cafe es gratuito hable a lobby con la recepciónista y le pedi un kit de cafe y dijo que tenia un costo de 20 pesos el problema no es pagar los 20 pesos si no que sus empleados estan dejando en mal al hotel muchas gracias tenga control con su personal acalro no todo los trabajadores son asi gracias

El estacionamiento muy retirado del hotel, como para cargar maletas y caminar de noche,muy tardado el check in,muy sucio,sin agua caliente,con cucarachas, mucho ruido, y atención en rec

Nunca hubo agua siempre se hiba cuando me encontraba bañando, desayunaba, comia y cenaba y nunca tenian listas las facturas del consumo con la promesa de enviarlas y nunca llegaron. La atencion y servicio al cliente es muy importante.
