Have a great long weekend in May, good location not far from beach. Local supermarket 3mins from apartment with larger Spar being 10mins walk away (great Italian next to Spar -Sorrento di Italia). Lovely balcony overlooking pool with 2 sun loungers, table & 4 chairs although bit tight on space if using all furniture! Also have sofa, nice lounge chair & kitchen table & 4 chairs so plenty of seating options inside. Required to book sun loungers by pool with lifeguard in advance but system seemed to work. Live singers at apartment bar in evening.

Absolutely spotless room with everything you could imagine. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, air con and high speed WiFi! Was such a lovely treat to have a night here. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The bar has happy hour twice a day (2 for 1) and the staff there are also lovely and friendly. You can book sun loungers the day before which means you don’t have to rush around to find one. Highly recommend, will absolutely be back!

We loved these apartments, love the attention to detail, comfort and eco friendly policies and care. We have been coming to Lanzarote a few years and usually stay in a nearby complex. We had to extend our two week trip for medical reasons and there was no availability where we were already staying. We had 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment, it was so much more comfortable than where we usually stay. Bed comfy, good sleep, sofa comfy, kitchen so much better equipped, even has a blender! There is so much attention to detail, eco friendly toiletries, paper and policies. Recycling, water bottle and filtered water was so good compared to us dragging large bottles of plastic around for the previous two weeks. Loved the insect nets at all doors and windows, no bugs or flying insects. We did have a few mini ants in the kitchen which were attracted to food. Once we kept all the food in the fridge and not cupboards they went away, I mentioned this on leaving but it didn’t really bother us during the trip. The What’s app service was brilliant, I really felt like the customer service was the best I have ever experienced in Lanzarote, texts to check if we were ok, texts half way through the stay, weather updates, menus, prompt responses, paella cooking demonstrations.. The pool is lovely , just the right temperature, cool for swimming but not icy cold. Jacuzzi nice. It’s a small complex so you are in close proximity to neighbours but we weren’t disturbed. Can location. We will be back!

Had a fabulous stay at Club Del Carmen. Rooms were clean comfortable and well apportioned. The pool area and lounges are clean and very well managed and controlled. The restaurant was well serviced and the food was lovely with a very wide choice of both drinks and food.

All the apartment was spotless. Staff were very helpful.

Very well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed and sofa. Aircon very efficient. Ground floor apartment perfect for us and easy walking to the decent size pool. Great position within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops.

The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon. The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's. However, would I return, possibly.

Very good standard accommodation, filter tap for drinking water and air conditioning were big pluses. Lovely pool area and the on site bar and restaurant , Bailybar offered happy hour deals and very nice meals.

Very clean and wonderful staff the pool sun beds have a booking system for morning and evening , beach is very close by as is a small shop.

We only stayed for one night but wished it was longer. The rooms were really lovely - stylish and well appointed - the staff were fabulous, the sea views were excellent! We liked that there was a full kitchen in the rooms too, AND filtered water on tap. We would definitely stay here again.

Area and hotel very much targeted at beach and poolside type holidays. Seemed perfectly nice for this, good pool and over the road from large beach, just on the edge of the main strip and larger beaches. We had hire car and used hotel as base for day trips etc. also perfectly good for this too.

Lovely Villa, nice pools, good location

Brilliant stay. It's a great set up, with the apartments arranged around the pools and a small play area with table tennis, pool and a shaded area for smaller kids. The restaurant was excellent. Everything was in good condition, staff were helpful and friendly. Good recycling set up in the room too. It's also super close to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Would thoroughly recommend.
