Felt like home clean comfortable breakfast was good, only problem was 2 mexican guys were on elevator when door open one had his hand on his junk told me come on in i said no thanks they both laughed git on ither elevator other then that stay was great

The room was great but we had called ahead to confirm there was a pool and hot tub before using the hotels app to book. Once we arrived and got settled in our room we went downstairs just to find out that the pool was out of order. Very disappointed kids. Especially when we could have stayed at embassy suites right across the parking lot.

Outside Walla so thin you could hear every car and motorcycle. Bad sleep. Great bed. Very clean very nice rooms.

Staff were great

The first room I checked into was not properly cleaned. They had the previous guests soap in the bathroom, trash under the desk, and no bed skirt on one of the beds.

The manager was really nice and extremely helpful. The staff I didn’t really like that much. I don’t know if it was their lack of experience or just arrogance but they need to improve on the customer service communication skills. The only problem I could say about my room is that they had a corroded shower-head in there so the water pressure was low making the shower lackluster. Clean the shower-heads every now and then because there’s no excuse for that.

Convenient to access.

We chose a hotel to stay at on our way to Kansas. We got stuck in 1 hour traffic which made our arrival time 1:00 am! The hotel understood and at 1:00 am ET the man at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room we got was huge with a living space. Very clean with clean pool. Will stay again.

Nice area, lots of new developments, and plenty of dining and shopping options. This hotel has seen a lot of use and is probably one of the first built in the area. Great location.

Service staff and front desk staff were Great The only suggestion I could make is to wash and change out bed ruffles more frequently and there was a couple of handprints with unknown substance on the wall.
