Very nice staff.

The room was in very poor condition with a big wet spot in the middle of the carpet and sagging ceiling tiles along with a laundry list of other issues with the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk person was very friendly, helpful and hardworking. We appreciated that the breakfast room was kept very clean. My complaint would be that the concrete walkway had an irregular surface. Being handicapped, we had to walk a bit more carefully. Personally, I would like to see a few flower pots around to make the property more inviting looking.

The Coachman Inn is perfect for us travelers with pets. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. the pet area is good for dogs.The staff were kind and considerate. I will say the free breakfast could use some eggs, not just 2 types of sausage.

A great location near the Outlets. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The towels were looking a little dingy, but smelled clean. It is definitely in need of updating.

Towels were stained, shower leaned toward the way so you had to stand by wall to get wet. Great water pressure. Continental breakfast was very limited.

I stay here every year when I make my shopping trip to the outlets. The staff is always friendly and inviting. The room is clean and the beds are comfy. I will continue to choose this hotel every year when I outlet shop.

We have stayed here a couple of times the last few months. We enjoy our stay each time. The rooms are nice and always clean.

This is a good basic hotel for a crash and sleep. It doesn’t have much else going for it.

This hotel needs complete upgrade. Owners have started but have a LONG way to go.

Rude managerial staff. Filthy lobby bathrooms. Towels with spots. Beds were fine.

Front desk duty manager when we arrived (?Rashi) was excellent both in the check in process and in dealing with queries we had. Room was comfortable, though the decor was a bit tired. Breakfast was adequate. Would have preferred that if disposable plates, cups and cutlery have to be used that they were compostable or recyclable.

The Coachman Inn was a pleasant place to stay. The staff was freindly and knowledgeable. The room decor is not modern/older style, but the room & bathroom were clean and well equipped. The room was quiet and perfect for a good nights sleep. I would stay there again.
