The singular Santiago was amazing, the staff made the difference in this hotel, everyone absolutely everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. The quality of the breakfast and the restaurant menu is superb and their pisco is to die for. Lastarria is a very pretty and safe area so location couldn’t be better. My only suggestion will be for the TV in the room to be bigger in size since rooms are massive ( at least the type that we booked). Thanks again to all the staff!

The Singular is an elegant hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The staff anticipates all of my needs. The room was spotless and very comfortable with a view of the Lastarria neighborhood. The food was varied, fresh and delicious. The location is terrific for walking around, near other restaurants, and close to major sights. I would return tomorrow if I could.

Das Hotel war ok und die Lage sehr schön. Das Spa war aber nicht so gut. Personal hat versucht mit einen sehr teuren Flughafen transfer zu verkaufen.

Staff. Great size of the room

The room is too old and we don’t get sufficient hot water for shower. The insulation is terrible. I were woke up by upstairs noise.i won’t stay there again.

This was a 10/10 stay!! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are SO friendly and attentive. The rooms are so nice and the rooftop pool/restaurant is beautiful. some of the best service I’ve received.

Hotel is a modernised old building retaining its character and charm. Doormen and concierge were excellent in welcome and providing safety advice. Room was clean well Maintained and comfortable, exceptionally soft bedding. Water and coffee provided but not with huge generosity which for a hotel of this standard I would have expected more. Be prepared for the area this is downtown Santiago so it's quite an edgy neighbourhood very close to some no go areas. The hotel is located right next to Lastarria street full of bars and restaurants which was great and this is well Policed. Location is good for any central tours of the city. To the east the city is far safer and modern....but then maybe you don't experience the reality. Breakfast was poor. Slow patchy service with everything having to be menu ordered meaning a lot of waiting and limited choice.

Das personal ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es gibt leider kein Frühstücksbüffet, und bei vier Tagen Aufenthalt ist dann die morgendliche die Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt. Macht aber nichts es ist ein sehr sauberes und freundliches hotel in einer sicheren gegend
