This is a fine hotel, but you can do much better for your money in San Cristobal. The rooms are carpeted (strange for this part of the world), and this contributes to a general stuffy/musty feeling. I was first given a room with a window that only opened into the inner courtyard, meaning I couldn’t have fresh air and privacy. After some difficulty, I managed to move to a 2nd floor room, which was better — but this place is located across the street from a bar with loud karaoke. Staff were generally helpful and the place was clean, but at this price point I wouldn’t recommend it. The “included” continental breakfast is just toast and coffee.

Perfect location. Bed was not very comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast. The sink in our bedroom had a crack. The common areas in the hotel are very nice. Hot water in the morning was not very hot

¡Me encantó mi estancia en este hotel! Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue amable y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. La habitación estaba impecable y muy cómoda, perfecta para descansar después de un día de paseo. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y ofrecen muchas comodidades que hicieron mi estancia aún más agradable. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo lo que quería visitar. ¡Definitivamente volveré en mi próximo viaje y lo recomiendo totalmente!
