Family trip to Guadalajara we rented two rooms staff at the front desk can be a little bit more friendlier. Valet guys we’re always very helpful with my wife and kids. Rooms are OK. TVs and electrical might need a little update. Great location lots of restaurants in the area..

Solo falta tener blancos más nuevos ( ropa de cama) y mejorar la iluminación exterior de los cuartos que no dan a la calle

Wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is very quite and located in an excellent area of town. The staff is very professional, attentive and friendly. The rooms are big, very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The decor is modern and elegant. I will definitely come back to this property. I highly recommend it.

Disappointing Service Despite Nice Facilities I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. While the facilities are pleasant and the location is convenient, the service provided by the staff was extremely poor. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome. The front desk staff were indifferent and unhelpful, and things only went downhill from there. The waiters at the restaurant were rude and inattentive, making me feel like I was bothering them just by ordering. The valet parking attendant during the night shift was also particularly unpleasant, treating guests with a surprising lack of courtesy. It’s clear that many of the employees are not happy in their roles and have little understanding of what customer service means. Their attitude significantly impacted my stay, and sadly, overshadowed the hotel’s physical appeal. It’s a real shame to see such a lack of professionalism in a place that otherwise has potential. Due to the poor service I received throughout my stay, I would not return to this hotel.

Buena atención a cliente y muy recomendable si vas al consulado.

Excelente servicio. Muy buena ambientación. Tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran de cuarto ya que había unos huéspedes a un lado de nuestra habitación haciendo mucho ruido con volumen se música muy alto. Nuestra habitación muy bien. Pero el baño un desastre. Muy pequeño. La puerta caída, llena de humedad y estaba hinchada la madera. Se sale toda el agua de la regadera y se moja todo el piso del baño. En general bien salvo por esos dos detalles.

Buen lugar para descanzar

El hotel es hermoso, las habitaciones siempre cómodas y bonitas. La ubicación excelente! Lo único es la comida del restaurante que deja mucho que desear pero hay muchos restaurantes cerca!

Rooms are spacious but the furniture is dated

Una estancia muy agradable, la zona del restaurante y alberca es espectacular, tiene una vista increible, el personal en todo momento fueron muy atentos. Sin duda regresaríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel.

Fué una estancia placentera, el servicio superó mis expectativas.

Everyone was incredibly helpful, the room was fantastic, the location was better than any I had had previously in Guadalajara. All in all it was perfect that I will stay at this hotel from now on in the future

Estuvieron pintando el piso en horas de transito y no se pudo pasar alberca ,ni al gimnasio. Se pudo ver lo tado dura te la noche para no afectar la rutina del huésped.

Nice hotel in a very nice location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only thing that wasn't great was that the TV is too small given the room is so large hence too far away.

Un hotel muy bien ubicado, bonita decoración de las áreas comunes, la alberca y el restaurante en el roof muy bien. Cuartos grandes, cómodos, con mucha luz y buenas amenidades. El baño grande y cómodo, los amenities muy ricos de olor. Sin lujos, pero muy cómodo todo el hotel. Recomendable.
