Clean rooms, friendly service and fantastic location on the beach. Amazing boutique hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall excellent hotel, amazingly well trained staff, super attentive, clean comfortable room. We stayed across the street in a jungle room that we absolutely loved. Only negative was the Lula restaurant. We did have the grilled seafood on a Sunday that was very good and good value. My Shrimp was cold and had to be sent back. But was quickly remedied. Did not like the fact that coffee is charged per cup, which is silly looking at your breakfast bill and $20 of it is for coffee.

We loved Lula. However, we did not feel prepared by Lula or Expedia to face the seaweed in Tulum.

This hotel is fantastic. The room is spacious and with everything you may need. I will highlight specially the staff members, they are truly amazing. The only cons is the seasonal seaweed which made the beach not fully enjoyable.

Love, love, love Lula! Food was top notch. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Beach was amazing and the sound bath was next level! Stayed in the jungle room and loved it! Will definitely go back!

We had such a great stay.. cute property with excellent staff- yummy restaurant and comfortable rooms. It is quiet and safe. Perfect location if you don't feel it is necessary to stay in the middle of everything.

I would highly recommend staying at Lula. The property is really cute. There’s easy access to the beach, the rooms are in great condition. We stayed in the room with seaside view and those have a cute hammock and bathtub at the back. The staff is also very responsive. Overall we had a great experience here.

this hotel far exceeded our expectations, it was so beautiful, our room so comfortable. But it was the service and attention to detail that blew us away, the staff were so nice , little touches like tea and chocolates in our room in the evening. Also the food was excellent in the restaurant , which also had the best view of the ocean along the whole beach, we will be back.

Great property!

Our stay at Lula was short but wonderful. The room itself is few steps from the beach which is a big plus. We stayed in the beach side of the property, and the room was bright, clean, and had all the amenities you could need. The location of the hotel is perfect also, far from the noise of all the clubs and dancing restaurants but still in a reasonable walking distance (10/15 min). This place will clearly be my go to in Tulum.

The best thing is absolutely yoga classes. Never forget this moment forever.

Nice, lovely and relaxing quiet place in Tulum beach. They kept our room tidy at all time without asking them. Every evening there’s a tea waiting for after getting back to dinner or cocktails. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

This is very beautiful property. Loved our room. There are plenty of cabanas for the guest. Food was amazing. There is a room for improvement for coffee but everything else was nice.
