El niño alojando con nosotros tuvo sangrado de narices por accidente, y el hotel nos cobró la limpieza de esa sábana. En años viajando, es la primera vez que nos cobran algo así. Ordinario el cobro, por lo bajo.

I have never felt more unsafe. I couldn’t recommend this place less. I would never stay here again. They had to give me three different rooms due to the party music and broken air conditioners and fans. Third room I got, I stepped on a broken shard of glass that I couldn’t get out of my foot until I returned home, while the worst part of all, someone entered my room at 5am, slammed the door, and ran away. As a solo female traveler, I was TERRIFIED. I had no clue what was going on, if someone had been standing over me as I slept, if my things were stolen. I freaked out screaming running into the hallways asking a maid for help. They called to reception for them to come and help. Nobody called or came until I called the front desk demanding for assistance for over 5 minutes. Someone came up and just said “sorry, must’ve been an accident”. I demanded for someone to give me answers. The lady said she was going to call someone and come back to my room, and never did. I didn’t sleep at all due all of these factors so I don’t even know how I can even say I “stayed” here. I went down to the front desk around 10am for checkout and to get answers. The front desk ladies proceeded to laugh at me (which I have a photo of) and shrug. I told them over and over I had a flight to catch and really need to speak with someone. After 20 minutes, a man approached me and told me he would contact Expedia for a refund for me, took my phone number, and I still have not heard from him.

We vioked this because if its proximity to light fountain, but didnt even go! Streets were very busy and it seemed to take long to get to the historic district by car. Bed was comfortable, after I asked the maid to replace a pillow case with hair on it. Breakfast was the worst we have experienced in Our three week stay in peru, with nothing labeled, no water, only two fruits, no toaster, poor selection of cereals

Very cozy, safe, good breakfast, good restaurant, and you feel a positive vibe. Thank you very much, I hope to return there soon.

Made new friends

Slightly older hotel but cute and worth it if you need to stay nearby!! The service and staff goes above and beyond from hailing cabs to the front desk all the way to the restaurant! Would stay again!!

Todo muy bien, desde el recibimiento hasta las amenidades que el hotel ofrece, un muy buen precio por la calidad que ofrecen en todo

El Hotel es muy sencillo, no hay lujos, cama normal, no tiene doble vidrio en ventanas por lo que escucha todo el ruido de la calle. Sin embargo el precio al que accedí por una oferta fue barato. En resumen el que quiere más lujos y comodidad debe elegir otro Hotel y pagar mas

Este hotel creo que tiene el peor desayuno de todo Lima, La limpieza es lamentable, las camas son incomodas y ademas la iluminación en general del hotel es pésima, por ultimo y no menos importante en el hotel se hacen fiestas que no dejan dormir por el volumen de la música ya que la aislacionismos sonora es prácticamente inexistente

It was fine for the price. Only major complaint was that it was impossible to control the water temperature of the shower. It was either freezing or scalding hot.
