Not what I expected

The shuttle service is only from the hotel to the airport the listing on Expedia is incorrect as it makes it seems as though the shuttle is available to and from the airport. The vending machine for personal items and just products in general was not stocked at all. Also careful with your room cards as they get demagnetized pretty easily I had to go to the front desk a few times in those times I was accused of having more cards than permitted when I checked in I was given two only but since the cards malfunctioned a few times I had to continually ask for help in getting them magnetized again. Also after asking for towels one night as housekeeping had cleaned our room and left no towels out telephone was blocked from using. Do not eat the room service food as it made my son really sick instead use apps like UberEats or rappi just make sure to order prior to 7pm as the city in itself seems to shut down after 7pm for any decent food delivery. After 7pm is just fast food like McDonald’s and Burger King.

el 5to piso que fue donde me hospedaron, apestaba, pero sobre todo se anuncian con traslado a aeropuerto, después que solo de hotel a avión y luego comentó recepcionista que solo a las 6 am, llegue al 5 para las 6 am y la van se va con trabajadores y me dice no, ahora hasta las 6.45 por que ya habia salido al aeropuerto la van, a dar recorridos, cuando mi vuelo lo perderia de esperarlo. muy mala expericia

The reason I picked this hotel was because they offer transportation to and from the airport. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any availability for either and when talking with management, I found out they only have one car/van and it can only be reserved by one room at a time. I will recommend staying closer to airport or spend a bit more on other options since transportation is not only not guaranteed but difficult to even schedule it!

Todo muy bien. Aunque hoy el desayuno estuvo muy escaso. Yo creo que porque había poca gente.

Muy cómodo, ambiente tranquila, el desayuno variado y buena atención

Teniamos un vuelo que llegaba en la madrugada por lo que buscamos especificamente un hotel que ofreciera el servicio de traslado, revise vien las especificaciones que tiene el hotel acerca de este servicio. Al llegar a CDMX la recepcionista que contesto nos dijo que ellps no ofrecian el servicio de traslado de aeropuerto-hotel y que unicamente ofrecian hotel-aeropuerto, es información falsa por lo que reporte lo acontecido a Hotels.com quienes tampoco hicieron nada al respecto. Agendamos un uber para poder llegar que por la hora nos salio a un costo elevado, el hotel apesta a pescado y toda la zona no es turistica ni segura, no es posible caminar a ningun lado y sentirse seguro, el desayuno es sumamente basico

Excelente experiencia, el hotel muy limpio y el personal muy bueno, llegamos temprano y nos dieron acceso, el unico pero es que esta lejos de todo (lo turistico), y no hay una estacion del metro serca para moverte, pero como lugar para ir a dormir todo bien

Voy a resumir: 1) APESTABA a pescado no sólo el hotel, sino que sus alrededores, 2) No hay transporte ni desde ni hacia el aeropuerto: yo escogí al hotel por el transporte pero no lo respetaron (me gasté 1,000 pesos ida y vuelta, así que mejor escoger otro que sea un poco más caro pero que sí tenga transporte), 3) el aire acondicionado no funcionaba así que dormí con calor.

Las habitaciones tienen un buen tamaño y la estancia fue comoda y agradable.

Es una excelente opcion para hospedarse. El tiempo es agradable y el personal es muy amable. Volvere a reservar con ustedes.
