Clean and nice accommodations

The front desk person in the afternoon shift was very nice. The morning front desk people Saturday and Sunday were unpleasant and a little rude.

Very nice

I stay in this hotel a few weeks ago. I booked via third party and paid with a “third party card” I did not have to pay a deposit just a $20 incidental fee and was given my room key. I tried using this hotel again and booked before getting there after HOURS of traveling and was told I had to pay $250 deposit which was weird being I didn’t have to do that a few weeks ago. I then tried to pay the fee and was told I could not use my “third party card” which is chime. Mind you it’s the same card I booked with last time I stayed there a few weeks ago and the same card I paid with to book. Because the hotel does not take chime I was turned around and denied a refund when it was NOT MY FAULT! Hotels.com wanted to give me a refund because they know it’s not my fault but they needed and approval from the general manager whom DENIED it! That was literally my last! Me and my children had to sleep in my car overnight until I got paid again! The fact that they kept my $162 simply because they don’t take my card is crazy, disgusting and inconsiderate. The girl that was at the desk was extremely rude and defensive for no reason. The manager was nonchalant and came downstairs in house shoes VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I will be reaching higher up until this is resolved! Hotels.com even stated how rude these people were. They didn’t know I was in contact with them while they were talking to hotels.com she swore she was doing the best she could to help us and at that same time hotels.com stated ho

Staff were very friendly and service was excellent, catering to our every need. Lobby had inviting seating and lounge area. Our Room was very nice, very clean with a large bathroom and the kitchen area was a plus! Complementary Breakfast was great both mornings! Pool was a hit with the kids! Very nice outdoor area with a grill! Also has a half basketball court to shoot around.

Great place to stay

When first arrived i thought i had to wait 4 hours for my room but got check in right away. Then took a 3 hour nap for my uncle's wake. The staff was great highly recommended to stay here 5 stars 🌟

Room space and layout was excellent. Plenty of room

Great stay (my second week-long stay here), very clean accommodations and friendly service. The breakfast was fairly standard but well prepared, tasty, and clean (eggs, bacon, sausage, juices, waffles, oatmeal, fruits, cereals, etc.).

Ellen at the desk was extremely helpful getting my reservation fixed.

Very friendly service, clean, good breakfast. The air in the room was extraordinarily dry, I had a hard time sleeping and had to run the shower multiple times to get moisture in the air. Also, the bed was a bit soft and sags in the middle which isn't very comfortable. Other than those, everything else was good.

They don’t have on their site that they charge a $250 fee for in town residents only

we were on the second floor and the room above us had heavy feet and possibly children. Just could hear everything.

Great place to stay in Decatur

Very clean, neat, comfortable safe area. The staff were amazing.

We really enjoyed the very friendly staff, the breakfasts, the amenities. Location was great, lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Great stay!
