Hotel bonito, personal atento aunque deberian de darle un poco mas de mantenimiento a las instalaciones

Llegamos para un evento en el propio hotel que iniciaba a las 14:00, nos negarpn la entrada e incluso a las 13:00 nos querian cobrar media tarifa por esas 2 horas de adelanto, lo cual es un abuso, axso lo considero un av B

The Hotel is a great value for your money: The staff is professional and cordial. The installation is well placed by many attractions that are well suited for the family traveler.

Necesita remodelar sus habitaciones, aunque limpias, se ven los muebles, alfombras, cortinas ya muy viejos.

Staff very nice although they forgot to respond an email requesting extra pillows the first day, I had to remind them the following morning. Room is outdated, bathroom lights were flickering very annoying. A lot of noise outside from the street. I had a simple room and I guess they give you the worse location and condition. Lacks amenities. Not enough hand towels. Mattress a bit old with a dent in the middle. Maybe next time I have to pay extra to stay in a more remodeled room away from the noise.
