The gentleman working the front desk when I arrived was so helpful! I needed an early check in and he went out of his way to make it happen.

The rooms were very clean. The air was very damp in the hotel though. There were large fans blowing in the hallways. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was not great. Eggs were sitting in water. Ham always looked off-colour. Otherwise the property was great.

Wonderful. Slept great! Comfy bed and pillows.

L'hotel è molto pulito e la camera era letteralmente enorme! La posizione ottima vicino a tantissimi locali e il parcheggio è sempre disponibile. La colazione per me è stata discreta perché almeno i pancake me li sarei aspettati in un hotel americano. Ad ogni modo lo consiglio per tutti quelli che intendano soggiornare a Potsdam.

Outdated hotel with little renovation done. Surrounding area seems quiet. Insulation is poor as you can hear people walking and talking loudly, especially early mornings.

Clean with nice staff

Hotels.com is a scam and this hotel did nothing to help. Never again will I use them to travel. You got me twice but there wont babe a third.

I was very happy with my stay in Potsdam. I will be staying there in the future because the family living there now.

Trey at the front desk was FANTASTIC. She made our trip so much better than it could have been by being so helpful and caring!

Our roon sounded like it was sitting on a wind turbine. Loud, all day, all night. My child felt awkward about requesting to kove rooms so we stuck it out. Third floor across from elevators.

We had a great experience. The staff at the front desk was friendly and welcomed us warmly. We were impressed with the prompt and professional response to a maintenance issue. The room was comfortable. Every detail of our stay was excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely return on our next trip to Potsdam.
