This was the first Hotel i have stayed in where a Fridge in the room wasn't available I would not recommend Room 23 as it was so noisy , above the main door in , the Bins were collected at 5am and we didn't get any sleep after that.

Wonderful hotel, with very helpful and friendly team. Loved the facilities here. So much to do, and an ideal location. Thanks for pointing out the Chine to us! Glad we popped down to see it, and then up to the main village. Would absolutely stay here again 😍

Great dog friendly hotel.

What a beautiful hotel, perfect amenities, close to the beech, dog friendly, amassing live music and a family feel. Everyone was so lovely and we'll certainly be back. Ps, food was amazing too, of yeh, and the swimming pools....... basically if recommend you go see fit yourself. Thank you team, see you soon.

Overall a great hotel. The breakfasts are amazing, abundance of fresh fruit, cooked to order hot breakfast. It was hot while we were there, so having the pool was needed. It is very dog friendly as they say with a kitchen to prepare food and store. Your dog can come to breakfast as well. There are gardens just outside of the hotel, perfect for the early morning and late evening walk. The only downside was the heat. It was very hot and there is no air con. We were on the 2nd floor room 27, it was very hot. We brought our own fan with us so ended up using two fans, with one on the dog. I did feed back on the last day about this, it didn’t ruin our trip but I think it’s something they need to look at if we continue to have warmer weather. The island itself is dog friendly as well

When we first arrived at the hotel we were not greeted by the warmest welcome. The staff member at reception just stared at our luggage and before evening saying hello, refused to store it before check in as we were slightlly early. Would have been nicer to actually be received

Been here a few times now with my little dogs, staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble always enjoy our visit

Great location and amenities. Lovely swimming pool and great breakfast. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel is very pet friendly & goes out of its way to cater for the guests with dogs.

Very well situated with great views across the coast. Staff were amazing. Rooms and bathrooms average with no air conditioning I asked to be moved due to the noise from adjacent rooms. Good breakfast and the dinner in their sister hotel next door, was excellent

We took our dog with us. They had water outside to be able to clean our dog after a walk and towels inside so that we could dry him off. The hotel was "pet friendly" but they were most accomodating and friendly towards our dog which made our stay there with him stress free.

Loved our stay and so did our dog, especially the doggie sausage for breakfast! I made full use of the swimming pool and hot tub and had it to myself. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will come back.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the wonderful sea view from the breakfast room. We had a standard double room, which was quite compact, but had everything we needed.

We loved our stay, staff were great, breakfast was lovely, had a swim in the afternoon and again before breakfast. The only fault I can speak of was a sewer smell in our room which initially we were hoping would go but in the end we had to report it. We were instantly given another room. Lots of parking space, for those in a car and the sea views are great 👍

Lovely stay over the BHol weekend . Breakfast and amenities five star . Location is sublime on the cliff top above Luccombe village . Staff amazing and helpful . Hottest day of the year so the room warmed up with the windows shut . Safety locks on windows . Double room above the carpark so more noise than would like for a light sleeper . Overall amazing stay . Thk you

Staff excellent, very accommodating, the dog was given a sausage for breakfast, I enjoyed watching the ships go by from our room window, it was kept lovely & clean.

We had no view of the beach, our stay was mostly pleasant but the noise at night was distracting. Loud doors slamming and dogs barking due to the loud sudden noises of how heavy the doors close.

What a fantastic hotel. Had a lovely room overlooking the sea. Hotel was extremely clean, food was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and also access to the sister hotel next door. What more A lovely place to stay in Shanklin.
