Clean, friendly, excellent value for money, good food

clean room, staff were helpful and enjoy the cooked and continental breakfast

Parking spaces were plentiful. The staff were kind and helpful and offered to carry our bags upstairs because there isn't a lift. The family room was a good size and clean and the bed was comfortable and had two pillows. It had a fan, heater, and iron and ironing board already there, but no air conditioning so it got quite hot during this heatwave. The bathroom was pristine and had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and there were various towels and bathrobes. Breakfast choices were good and the food was delicious. The swimming pool was great with a shallow and a deep end. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

We visited as a couple with a dog and all three of us enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious, and there was a doggy pack waiting for our pup. Food was delicious, free parking (EV chargers available), good wifi speed. Would recommend, especially if you're traveling with a dog.

We recently stayed at Penventon Park Hotel while visiting family in Redruth. Although we found parts of Redruth itself to be quite a deprived town, the hotel provided a very pleasant and relaxing stay on the edge of town with great parking available. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff encountered was extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming. The level of service throughout our stay was excellent and really made a difference to our experience. The hotel itself was comfortable, full of character, and the food was absolutely delicious with great service provided. Both dinner and breakfast were well prepared and enjoyable. Overall, despite our mixed impressions of the local area, Penventon Park Hotel was a lovely place to stay, we would happily return for the warm hospitality, excellent service, and great food.

Room was beautifully decorated sofa was so comfy . Amazing attentive staff so helpull and informative. Especially the lady on reception in the swimming pool . Food was excellent. We had a wonderful stay thank you 😊

This is an amazing find. The decor and atmosphere really stunning. The staff attitude and manner fantastic. Facilities brilliant and food terrific. I can’t rate this highly enough. Two small thoughts. For bad weather coat hooks just inside bedrooms would be useful. For lone female travellers a secondary lock/chain/fastener on door would ease any concerns. I actually put a chair by the door probably overly anxious about nighttime’s but it’s a consideration. Thank you once again I will definitely book again.

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was excellent. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but overall the experience was very positive.

Best customer service, real genuine staff. Travelled with two dogs and the room with patio doors straight onto a garden area is brilliant. Our room was large and very comfy. They supply our two dogs with beds each , food and drinking bowls, towels , bedding, treats!!! Superb service. Breakfast was delicious too! Highly recommend . They have indoor pool too which we didn’t use.

Lovely clean room, excellent power shower and super deep bath. Very helpful staff and a great atmosphere throughout. We enjoyed the pool and the spa facial and massage were fabulous. It seemed to be a place where guests returned several times, and we could see why. Great place for a Cornish break. We'd definitely stay again.
