Everything was good. However breakfast option could have been better

This hotel was great for our family stay for the weekend to Hershey park. The breakfast was varied every morning and fresh. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel, room, pool, and gym were very clean. The studio room was very fitting for a family of four.

Our tv did not work. Channels weren’t programmed.

The property is quiet , Very clean and had plenty of sitting areas. The pool was nice and the outside area in the rear of the hotel was a very nice place to sit and relax.

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. The room was large and comfortable. Having a large refrigerator, microwave, and full kitchenet was really nice also. I will definitely stay here again!

We were there for 4 nights. After our third day we asked for fresh towels and removal of trash. Did not occur. When we mentioned to front desk was told no staff because NYE day. But we did see cleaning lady in our hallway???? Also had to wait for front desk staff when checking at 9pm after 6 hours on road. Not pleased.
