Pool was great and had a great weekend

The elevator did not work the entire time and my room key stopped working and had to be replaced

I stayed at this hotel Thursday through Sunday. The weekday staff was very kind, attentive and welcoming. The weekend staff was fine but just did not give the same vibe. The hotel did not offer all of the services that it stated it would offer daily. For example - Coffee shop was not open each day. The restaurant was open for a buffet breakfast but only for the conference staying at the hotel. The hotel stated room service was available , but did not provide. The hotel seemed busy, however as a hotel - one would think they could accommodate many guests. The facilities were fine, except the elevator worked when it wanted to- hit or miss. The room- very nice clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Overall would definitely stay again. I felt safe and it was clean.

Front desk staff can be more welcoming (just a simple greeting- welcome or good morning) is appreciated (not busy socializing with co workers)

Hotel was amazing location, very modern facility. Just seemed in rough shape considering how new it is. Lots of areas need repairs throughout. Even our room was kinds banged up. Tile pulling off the floor when you walk on it, drywall repairs needed. Other than that, great place.

We go to an event here every year. The rooms are nice and the pool is great!

Staff very nicely ce

Not worth 488.00 a night. When asked, I could not get extra pillows and finally only got 2 of 4. Some bar staff were unfriendly at times: "You'll have to wait; I'm busy." The elevator was out twice over two days.

Run down property. Sliding bathroom door, with no lower track did not close. Asked front desk twice to fix and nothing was done. Furniture damaged with outdated carpeting. TV outdated with limited smart TV functions. Cox cable? With no premium stations? Is this 2015 or 2025? Consistently understaffed in bar and dining area. (The staff on hand were quite good, but were overwhelmed as they tried to keep up). Overall, it seemed as if the hotel was outdated and got by with as little staff as possible. Considering the premium price and Sheraton name, this was very disappointing.

Love this hotel! It’s the perfect hotel for the Cubs spring training games!!

Front desk staff very attentive easy proximity to Sloan Park spring training

Went for a Cubs game and the location is great. The property itself isn't in the best of shape.
