Not dog friendly- could take dog but couldn’t leave in room and doggy area was bad

Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean and the food was delicious!

The door to get into the ice machine was hard to get open but our room and service was good

Convenient location. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast at the restaurant was very tasty. Staff was polite and helpful. And the cookies were yummy

This is an older property, and the owners have made some effort to make homey improvements. We did appreciate the troughs with blooming flowers placed outside around the property. The room seemed clean when we first entered, but after we were inside a couple of minutes we noticed there was a very damp, dank unpleasant smell. The shower is kind of dingy/stained, and there was hair from two distinct people on the walls of the shower and in the tub. There was staining from water damage on the ceiling above the shower head. There was a little bit of a sewer gas smell inside the bathroom as well. The rest of the room and beds seemed clean, and the beds were comfortable. The mattresses are zipped inside protective covers. The AC and Wi-Fi worked well, and there were handy USB outlets on the lamps. We were able to park directly in front of the door to our room. After reading more recent reviews of the restaurant, we decided not to try it. Overall, I think they are doing what they can with an older property, but should focus more on careful cleaning and trying to get rid of the dank smell. The showers could also use updating. Basing this review on stays at other properties at the same rate and with similar amenities.

I would date our stay excellent. HOWEVER, we were very disappointed that one of our party was assigned an upstairs room. Since we had prepaid, and I had specifically requested ground floor rooms due to issues with stairs, we were unhappy. Even though we were not the first ones to check in, we were prepaid and should have gotten what we requested. Hopefully this won't happen next time.

The restaurant was the highlight because of the delicious food & great service. Everyone who worked there was great - always a friendly smile & willingness to make our stay great. The room was affordable- but old & wornout.

The room we stayed in was big for the cost, plus it was pet friendly.

This was just a quick stay on our way to the beach and we would definitely stay again. Clean. Quiet, good value for the price we paid.

Its just a great place to stay! All the staff on site are amazing and so understanding and have such empathy due to the circumstances I was under!!!! This was my 2nd stay and we're staying again next month!!!!

This was a nice budget option - clean room, perks like cookies at reception and free DVDs to borrow, cute branding.

Coffee in lobby made up for poor quality in room. Stained toilet and bathroom wallpaper peeling.
