Serras was such a pleasure to visit and use as our base to navigate stunning Barcelona. The hotel is new/fresh and nicely designed and appointed (very nicely appointed!) but the standout is/was the staff…. They could not have been nicer or more helpful from attractions to restaurants to Flamenco recommendations …everything thoughtful helpful and all with a smile and graciousness. Thanks so much!

Serras Barcelona is a WONDERFUL hotel. The lobby and rooms were beautifully appointed. Every night we came home to a small delicious treat from the kitchen. The room was quiet and very well equipped with all the amenities you would expect— even a steamer and flat iron for your hair. The best part was the TERRIFIC staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including making reservations at local restaurants and attractions. This will definitely be our home away from home in Barcelona. Thank you to Joao, Augustina and all Serras team!

A boutique hotel in a great location near the Port and Gothic Quarter. Well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast. Staff is terrific and practically fawn over you. Priced competitively, an excellent value. We have stayed in dozens of hotels, and this is in our top five.

We enjoyed our stay at Serras. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The tasting menu at the restaurant was fabulous. The neighborhood is very fun.
