Very outdated, dirty, and isolated

I was pretty disappointed to be honest. There is an expectation when booking with Holiday Inn Express and this one didn’t measure up. It’s in a sketchy part of town. The grounds were dirty. Grass and plants were not manicured. The carpet in the hall was stained HORRIBLY and ripped in areas. Safety hazard. The toilet flushing mechanism wasn’t working so the toilet didn’t flush. The lamp bulb was burned out on one nightstand. The sink was missing the drain plug. The tub had a huge stain with rust about 7” in diameter. Just not a place I would go back to.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Water for shower was barely lukewarm. Located in industrial area.

Mold on shower curtain. Shower water never got hot. AC had a hard time cooling off the room. Sketchy people walking around parking lot. Followed my daughter and asked for a water bottle. Thankfully her dad was close.

We reserved a communication/mobility room. It was also $50 more for this room. It was not a handicap room. The room was long but hard to get a walker around all the furniture. Also the bathroom had a regular tub and shower. Not handicapped adapted. The free breakfast was good with a lot of choices. 9 is early to close it.

This is a great hotel! We would stay again. The breakfast is great!

I have stayed here often. Nice new or newer property. Staff is quite helpful.

Our stay was fine but the property mgr should know that when we arrived, the exterior trash bin was overflowing and when we left it was still overflowing. Also, there were several rooms with rambunctious teens that left multiple bags of trash and some sheets in the corridor which was still there this morning.. just fyi

Nice hotel that needs a few tweaks: tv remote didn’t work & took 1 day to get a replacement, indoor pool ice cold & needs to be resurfaced as peeling off badly, toilet's low to ground & TP holders installed 1” off ground-like for children at schools.

Beds were comfy -tv remote needs replacement- could not turn the tv off!

Was the best hotel in the area.

Really run down and seemed understaffed. Ice machine on my floor never had ice, toilet in room worked off and on and had to fill bucket to flush tiolet. Overpriced for what you got for sure. Coffee at breakfast both days was out when i tried to get some. I have removed it from the list of hotels i will use in wichita area.

My toilet ran all night. The tub was dirty.

The only thing we didn’t like is there is only 1 elevator for a 4 story hotel and it stops at every floor whether you’re going up or down so the elevator was extremely slow. Take the stairs!!!

The staff was amazing. Everyone we met was polite and friendly.
