Wir baten um einen 2. „Schlüssel“ für das Zimmer. Man sagte uns, das sei nicht möglich und das in einem 4* Hotel. Allgemein wurde beim Bau der meisten Hotels nicht viel überlegt. Wenn man bei 44 Grad die Klima im Zimmer braucht, liegst du meistens in der Zugluft und bist danach krank. Also, entweder krank oder schwitzen.

Toen wij aankwamen hebben wij een kamer gekregen en vinden wij de kamer niet zo Schoon. Gelijk heeft de medewerker ons een ander kamer beschikbaar gemaakt. Het is voornamelijk de service en de beleefdheid van de medewerkers die ervoor hebben gezorgd dat we nog een nacht wilde. Blijven. Je wordt op elke vlak geholpen. De kamer zijn niet top top maar goed genoeg. Wij hebben een suite gekregen Jame al fna is 7 min rijden. Ik vind douchen en een goed en schoon kamer belangrijk en dat had deze kamer. Ik wil de medewerkers hierbij bedanken voor de gastvrijheid. Het voelde als of ik ze heel lang ken dat gevoel gaven ze ons. Dank jullie wel. Ik kom wel een keer terug.

Pros: the hotel in general was very nice and they were friendly and helpful in the front desk. We got married and they fixed decorations for us for free with roses and rose petals on the bed and towels folded to swans. Cons: the hotel room key kept getting demagnetized for me so when getting up to the room I had to go back down at least half of the time to fix the key. The "guardians" on the street can be a hassle if you have your own car because they try to get as much money off you as possible, up to the point that they told the hotel that we hadn't payed them at all (which was a lie)

Outdated overpriced hotel with false 3.5 stars rated and it’s not even 2 stars. I checked out 15 mins after check in and they denied refund. I highly don’t recommend!

L’hôtel est très propre, la réception très accueillante. Nous avons énormément apprécié notre voyage dans cet hôtel !

Pas de piscine service nul

The hotel was nice. After couple hours of being shocked, they realized that they gave us a room that wasn't cleaned. The new room was nice and comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location. One bad thing was the continuous noise due to being at a main street.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. There were some constructions going on, so the pool was quite dirty and unusable because it was so cold. Also a little bit noisy outside.

Wij zijn van Gems hotel naar Tempoo hotel verhuisd. Doordat Gems Hotel erg slecht was en wij info gevraagd of Tempoo ruimte voor ons had was dit geen probleem. Het was een verademing in vergelijking bij Gems Hotel. Is wel luidruchtig, zowel buiten als op de gang. Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar oke. Personeel erg vriendelijk.
