The Spa facility is great

Absolutely loved it! We originally chose it because it was dog, friendly, but after staying there, would choose it, regardless! It was extremely pet, friendly, many dogs coming and going, and everyone very polite and nice. Dog treats on the counter, absolutely loved those! But the hotel is incredibly clean, very well decorated and a wonderful staff. The bed was amazing and the room was very large! Bathroom was Incredible for a hotel, seemed like something in a very wonderful home. Definitely will return!

Amazing spot. Had a little hiccup in the beginning with billing from hotels.com but onsite manager was able to take care of it. Great location, nice rooms and amazing gym/spa area. Highly recommend!

Typically you would think a hotel would post pictures of the best room and yours wouldn't be quite that nice, but the pictures in this case didn't do this place justice. Its beautiful, modern, and worth every penny.

Amazing stay! Loved that the hotel is dog friendly. This was our first hotel stay with our dog and it was perfect. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We ended up extending our stay and cannot wait to visit again!

When we arrived there were some issues with our room that the maintenance could not resolve. The staff headed by Chris upgraded us to a lovely accommodation and we had a great stay. We really enjoyed the restaurant and our waiter, Josh, took great care of us.

Beatiful hotel and room! Spa is incredible, only wish it had a pool because it was a very hot weekend. Bunk beds were not easy to get in and out of because if you weren't very careful you would hit your head (which one of us did).

Everyone went out of their way to be helpful.

We stayed during “mud season” which is their off season. It was wonderful because they weren’t busy. We basically had the town to ourselves. The room was comfortable. I loved that we had a fireplace. The staff was so friendly and gave us great recommendations for places to check out and places to eat. We were able to visit some of the local favorites. The spa was great. My husband and I both got massages and then relaxed in the hot tub. Would definitely book again

Gravity Haus Vail is gorgeous! It's right in Vail... a great location for walking around and the room was HUGE. The floors in the bathroom were heated and there were really nice soaps and stuff in the bathroom.

Highly recommend staying and will definitely be coming back in the near future. Everyone and everything class service

Great staff, awesome gym.

I stayed at Gravity Haus Vail during the off-season to celebrate my birthday, and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were friendly, the amenities were thoughtfully designed, and the location is perfect—close to local activities, shops, and restaurants. I especially appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel is, which was a major reason I chose it. A few small things could be improved: the gym doesn’t open until 6 a.m., and as an early riser who likes to start workouts by 5 or 5:30 a.m., that made it tough to stick to my routine. The hair dryer in our room was broken and made some concerning noises, and the AC unit was quite loud—so much so that we ended up turning it off at night, which made the room uncomfortably warm. Still, the overall vibe and service made for a great stay, and I’d definitely consider returning.

The staff were exceptional and made my daughter and mine’s stay for Mother’s Day very special!

(Al and the maid where very nice ) the rest of the staff where horrible criminal and inhumane - awful and rude and insincere and uncomfortable to be around -
