Lady at front desk at approximately 6 pm 5/22/25 stayed on her cell phone at all times. Had to come back down to desk after checking in due to cards not working. She was still on phone. Called 5 times, letting it ring a half dozen times, with no answer. Went down and told her my tv would blank the screen every few minutes. She told me all of them were doing that and it was due to the company that now owned them. NO solution, so no TV. Called again 5 or 6 times about 9 pm to request a wake up call and got no response. Bed was also too hard. woke up with back ache and crick in my neck. Horrible night. Check out early and moved to Fairfield. MUCH better on all accounts including breakfast.
