Super friendly staff and it was very clean

Whenever i book a stay here; im always pleased by how clean, quiet and friendly the hotel is. No complaints about this place at all.

Very decent hotel and convenient location.

Lady at front desk at approximately 6 pm 5/22/25 stayed on her cell phone at all times. Had to come back down to desk after checking in due to cards not working. She was still on phone. Called 5 times, letting it ring a half dozen times, with no answer. Went down and told her my tv would blank the screen every few minutes. She told me all of them were doing that and it was due to the company that now owned them. NO solution, so no TV. Called again 5 or 6 times about 9 pm to request a wake up call and got no response. Bed was also too hard. woke up with back ache and crick in my neck. Horrible night. Check out early and moved to Fairfield. MUCH better on all accounts including breakfast.

We only stayed for a short period of time but it was very PLESENT, CLEAN ,QUIET, EMPLOYEES WAS VERY PLESENT AND HELPFUL! WE WILL WILL BE STAYING THERE EVERYTIME WE COME TO NAGATOCHES LA!!!!

Room was great. Just what we needed. Beds were awesome. Hotel was very quiet.

Easy check-in . Room was clean well stocked with towels and the breakfast was filling and was great variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Professional; cleanliness;

Nice staff quiet

Though we’ve stayed here before and will probably stay here again, this stay wasn’t the best. The worst thing was we couldn’t get into our room with our key card EVERY TIME we left. Had to go back down and have it reprogrammed each time which was a huge hassle! We had an ADA accessible room which served its purpose, but would have been much easier for my husband if there was some type of nonslip strips or mat in the tub and a handheld shower head. Other than those few things, or stay was great!

Love the hotel itself. Very comfortable beds but parking is terrible. Not enough spots for the amount of people who book here. I come weekly and this is always the case.

Clean and the most comfortable beds ever!

Place is nice newly renovated two summers ago but 12 years old. The showers are the only thing that's sucked. But rooms nice it does have a a smell it's not unpleasant but it's kind of purfumy. Now the thing that makes this hotel is the breakfast it's da bomb .com!!! Potatoes biscuits cereals meat eggs all the carbs as well awesome!!

Property was clean, check in was quick and easy. Room was nice annd clean and spacious. Will always stay here when in natchitoches.

The hotel is nice but there is construction in the area and it’s difficult to get into the hotel parking

As always Comfort Suites is my go to when I’m visiting home. It’s affordable, clean and the staff is always pleasant. I will be back 😂

The bed was so comfortable I thought about stealing the mattress but it wouldn't fit into my Honda Civic. Ample breakfast Coffee was even decent. Over all 10 out of 10 in meeting my needs.

Our room had a plumbing problem and we had to use the bathroom next to the main lobby and front desk. Because of the short staffing due to the holidays, it took a while to speak with someone about it and when a work order was placed, it wouldn’t be fixed until a couple of days after our checkout date. We also found out that it wasn’t just our room, but multiple rooms on our hallway were having the same problem. Not the best stay for a family of 5 traveling for the holidays. Will definitely do a bit more research for other locations to stay the next time we come to visit family for the holidays.

Night clerk was friendly but the shower has terrible water pressure and he said that's an issue with all the rooms, comforter had some stains, and found a dead bug and a live bug in the bed, not sure what kind they were.
