Love staying at Paddington Q Resort

Very outdated, light bulbs gone, very basic kitchen gadgets, ugly industrial location.

TV did not work and no service to fix or help. Shower did not work properly- very poor. These are basic standards when away and should be of standard.

Q Paddington could use a little more attention to detail and possible upgrades here and there. Otherwise great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful

Exceeded my expectations. Got a great sized room with a great view for a great price. Highly recommended.

Good place, clean room, good view, my only gripe was the air conditioning unit was on the balcony, which made the balcony almost unusable due to the noise it created and the warm air it was blowing along the balcony

1) very good communication from staff 2) free parking 3) got upgraded from room booked into one bedroom apartment for free 4.) close to Thai restaurant 5) very nice apartment, clean and good beds, linens and towels 6) great cooking and washing amenities inside the apartment

Have stayed here a few times over the years, but just didn’t quite meet it’s usual high standard this time. Might be time for some basic maintenance, particularly in the bathroom

Quiet, reasonably well located to cafes and eateries. Everything I needed for a two night stay

The property is good with modern decor and styling however it could of been cleaner, the dishwasher looked as if it hadn't been cleaned inside for quite awhile.

Unit is starting to show age Dry wouldn’t work Carpets need a good clean very small TV But is in a great location

Roomy apartment, clean, walk to CBD. Minor maintenance required on our room but staff responsive. 24 hr on-site caretaker.

Close to football stadium . Nearby food outlets. Easy to find our way around.

We wanted to see the V8s and this property was in the perfect location. Only 5 minute walk to Gate 1 entry.

Clean amenities, good sized room. Bed mattress was a bit old uncomfortable and needs replacing.

The only hotel I go to now in Townsville! Amazing staff, super clean and they even gave me a free upgrade of my room after being there a few times, I love this hotel! I forgot some items last time and they saved them, and were in my room when I arrived next. I appreciated this so much as the items weren’t cheap!
