Staff was excellent and helpful. Pool and sauna were great! Only problem was due to noise level from a hockey team that was staying there at the same time.

Everything is good, but no breakfast.

Hotel and room were super clean. Staff was amazing. We will stay there again!

Hotel was great for our family. We had a 2 bedroom suit with full kitchen. Kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the restaurants.

Had a room with a balcony facing the lake. It was nice to sit in the afternoon sunshine and with coffee in the morning listening to the birds in the sanctuary. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The room was lovely, the ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our stay was short but were very much enjoyed it!

The room and hotel are very nice . The pub was fun to enjoy a cocktail before dinner at the restaurant on site which was tasty .

Very well run/well kept hotel

Spacious, nicely designed and furnished room. The same can be said for the whole hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Ideal location close to wharf and downtown.

Very nice hotel and restaurant Beautiful views across the lake Only issue was that the hotel gets very busy with conferences and we often couldn't find parking on site. It felt unsafe walking in the dark when having to park elsewhere

The staff was wonderful, so pleasant, smiling and greetings. Very nice

Three room was clean and comfortable. Had troubled with the heat, the TV and the phone but all were fixed promptly. Staff were pleasant. Unfortunately there were a number of hockey teams staying at the hotel who had booked the pub/restaurant so we were turned away and could not enjoy a snack and beverage with our friends.
