great customer service. forgot my earpods in my room and they were sent to me with 5 days.

The staff was wonderful, so pleasant, smiling and greetings. Very nice

Three room was clean and comfortable. Had troubled with the heat, the TV and the phone but all were fixed promptly. Staff were pleasant. Unfortunately there were a number of hockey teams staying at the hotel who had booked the pub/restaurant so we were turned away and could not enjoy a snack and beverage with our friends.

I wanted to rate this hotel a solid 4. But unfortunately the heating system was so ridiculously loud jt kept us awake all night. The room was awesome and the pool and hottub great. We stayed in the Great Canadian Suite. We sid not expect the heating system to blast us awake and it was very annoying.

Lovely hotel, great team and pleasant and welcoming employees! We enjoyed our stay and thank you!
