Customer service was great however they only had two restaurants . One for breakfast and one for Lunch dinner . The restaurant that were on their page were closed , I wish we knew . The restraints also close early . The smell in the room was horrible, smelled like sewer.

The Ibiza Twiins staff were always professional and attentive. Housekeeping was very good and cleaned our room daily. I think the property itself is not the newest but it was well maintained. I think it gets a bit too noisy too early on pool deck with music and pool aerobic class but that is a personal preference since I come to Ibiza for the nightlife and prefer to rest in the afternoon.

The stay was good, the room was comfortable, the food was reasonable for the price, and the opening hours are bad. If you choose the all-inclusive option, the restaurant closes at 9:30 p.m., for example. This is completely unsuitable for those on vacation who want to spend a lot of time at the beaches, tourist attractions, or going to parties and matinees. The loud music in the pool is also annoying for those who want to sleep in late in the morning or go to bed early at night.

Everything was wonderful about this property. From the start of check in with Stephono at the front desk. To the sweet cleaning ladies and the staff that made everything happen at the resort.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel, freundliches Personal, schöne gepflegte Einrichtung, große Zimmer, Strandnah, nah an dem Strip, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants in der Nähe, Innenstadt in 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Bus Verbindungen und Taxistand, nah am Flughafen

Cant fualt this hotel, massive upgrade from the hotel we stayed in down the road two years ago, in every aspect. All inclusive package with solarium access. Food was 5 star, so much healthy choice on all 3 meals of the day. Would say its the best ive had in all inclusive hotels. Solarium is a must to book prior to travelling, however it is alot more expensive if you upgrade when you are there. No queing for the bar, snacks brought round often, comy loungers and beds on the upper floor also (solarium). Good gym and spa few doors down you can use free as well, inclusing cold plunge and sauna. Rooms were of high standard, very modern and clean. Good powerful showers as well. Good location to Ibiza town and Bossa nightlife. Only slight negative is that the Entertainment was not great, and through the day could do with a bit more atmosphere (after all it is Ibiza) Overall great hotel and would definitely stay again.

This property is very nice! Super convenient around every thing! Me and my girls had a good time!

Ibiza is a charming island off the coast of Spain and part of the Balearic Islands. Ibiza is well known for its EDM parties, night life, and quaint towns. It attracts lot of youthful visitors from Europe, Middle East, and Americas. Personally I found it a charming place to visit, shop, and dine. The island is very modern. If you’re thinking it’s Jamaica, the Dominican Republic or Cuba, you will be wrong. This is more like Hawaii or Bermuda. The roads, civil infrastructure, buildings, electric grid, and ports are top notch. The Ibiza Twiin Resort: I found the resort to be a mid level all inclusive resort similar to what you’d find in Mexico, the Dominican, or Jamaica. It’s clean, the food is good, people are very kind and helpful. My room was a queen room The neighborhood was safe and suburban. Aside from rev’ing motor bikes at night and the nightly music/shows at the resort, this was a quiet place (as of the end of April). The pool is nice, the outside deck is clean. The furniture was all new and well kept. The facility was modern and attractive. There was little to complain about except one and thing: everything opens later in the morning - including the pool, deck, cafe’s, coffee shop, bars - 100% of the resort is closed until after 8am. My only regret was not renting a car and exploring the natural island beauty more. The Twiins Resort is a solid 3.5 out of 5, a 5 is a luxury hotel like the Ritz

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Hotel. Noch ruhig auf der Insel da in der Vorsaison. Haben wir sehr genossen.

Nice hotel, nice breakfast and the best reception staff ever. They are very friendly, fast, customerorientated. One tower was closed because of a private event and there was only one Restaurant and one poolbar open.

Arrived and had to wait quite a long time to check in. Also, we were told we couldn’t use the indoor pool as a family were staying in the building with the pool in, which we weren’t pre-warned about. Buffett breakfast was a good selection, and location was handy for taxis.
