Room was clean. Good location. Parking was marginal. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. I will stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean room

Decent hotel with nice staff. Only downside was the sauna and some of the Arcade games were not working.

It was super loud and hard to sleep. The bedding wasn’t very soft. Otherwise it was nice.

Clean room. Easy parking. Great amenities. Top floor doors slam shut and rattle walls, should be addressed. Very annoying when your trying to relax.

Beautiful hotel in a quaint little ski town.

Clean, friendly staff, room could have been bigger; was not very spacious considering it included 2 queen beds and occupancy of 4 people. Location is great.

room was very big ,nice to have kitchen ,front desk personal was very friendly, resteraunt for dinner was ok, cafe was very good ,waitress very friendly, wish there had been ice machine, overall would stay again and recommend ,very nice that it was in town close to everything.

Well appointed room, nice layout, comfortable bed. Generally quiet, however there was a noisy rooftop HVAC unit a floor above me that was somewhat annoying. Other than that, a great stay.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful Gabriola's Restaurant in the building. My only minor peeve was that the room was a tight fit for two women and a dog. VERY grateful for being pet friendly and I would return, perhaps selecting a different room.

Convenient for a one night stay when travelling by motorcycle. Parking in front of the hotel. Staff were wonderful! Access to restaurants, shopping, and walking excellent! Absolutely beautiful in the fall!
