Location is excellent for enjoying all the city has to offer. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the harbor. The property was stunningly clean and outfitted. Highly recommend!!!

The size of the apartment and the location to downtown or absolutely awesome

There was a clear lack of communication regarding parking fees at this hotel. My booking did not state there would be a charge for the outside lot. During check-in, I was simply told to park outside, with no mention of payment. As a result, I was surprised to be charged $25 per night at check-out. I only avoided this fee on my first night because the lot was full, and I parked on the street during the free overnight period.

The staff is very professional and helpful. We stayed in two different units during our two stays. Both were clean, quiet and well stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Reykjavik

Great place to stay for a family of 4. Clean, spacious with kitchen, living room, private bath and garage parking. Very convenient location. Friendly staff who respond promptly to messages. We'd stay here again on future visits.

ホテルでの滞在時間が短くなってしまった（飛行機の遅延）のが残念でしたが、家族4人で利用し、キッチン・ダイニングが充実していることを筆頭に清潔で快適でした。 タクシーの手配をお願いした時も、1泊2日のツアー参加のため、5つのラゲッジを預かってほしい旨、伝えた際も快諾いただき、とても助かりました。 また、ツアー集合場所のバス停がとても近くで、これも助かりました。

Location is 5 min to the harbour and 10 min into the centre if city. Highly recommended

Such an unexpected pleasure to stay at the Black Pearl. There were 3 adults (me, husband, and adult daughter) so having 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room was perfect. We never felt cramped and having a warm, roomy location in the heart of Reykjavik was great. The place was clean, the front desk folks were very kind and helpful in arranging cabs for us. The nicest touch was the daily Christmas notes with Icelandic quirky tales of fairies. I saved the notes as a wonderful memory...such a nice welcoming touch.

Quite noisy (street noise from vehicle) Better pillow recommended.
