The hotel shuts down the hot water supply. When I come back after a days work and want to take bath , the water is luke warm. This has happened in Oct 2024 stay as well.

Low on maintenance. Water came dirty on the first day. Shower heads not cleaned water splashing all over in the bathroom. Location is aloof.

Broken sink and tap. Mold in bathroom shower. Toilet flush not working didn’t even bother to fix. Interior needs heavy maintenance. outside facade is all you get for the price interiors are dated. They charge you for every little thing such as requesting ice. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place.

Property was nice but far from all sights. Very inconvenient. Nowhere to walk or enjoy close by. Everything is about 45 minutes to an hour by car. I felt like this was misrepresented by both the hotel and Expedia.

El hotel necesita una reforma. La habitación fue cómoda y el desayuno muy bueno, tenía muchísimas opciones. Está muy alejado del centro y de los lugares de interés

The staff is very courteous and helpful. I would like to thank Mr Nitin for his excellent support. I would definitely recommend this. Room facilities are good. Food is tasty. I also used the fitness center and all equipment were operational and in good condition.

very dirty hotel, full of mosquito, poor breakfast they serve old bad food. service is pathetic. Not rate even 1 star rating.

Nice chic hotel in east Delhi. Decor is bit off and staff can be more polite.

le personnel est tres sympathique mais rien n'est respecté, nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits et extra lit, la chambre n avait un lit double, pas d extra, la chambre était vieille, dégradée, la piscine pouvait accueillir des canards mais pas des baigneurs; Apres avoir reclamé, pleuré, la chambre a été changé et de l'eau nous etait offerte. Le petit déjeuner est tres bien.Le tarif est tres cher pour le pays.

Nice quiet and cozy place....away from the main roads and noise pollution. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Food was also good. Special thanks to Mani at front desk for his help and care.
