I had a very comfortable stay , only issue I had was I waited for almost an hour before I could get in the apartment. That needs to be better regulated. Other issue is I had to pay for my assigned self park space, that was very unusual. Apart from those issues, the apartment was comfortable and I enjoyed my vacation.

This location is not really a hotel but more of an Arbnb type of apartment. For the price we paid, we could have been closer to South Beach at a more recent facility.

The picture is not , absolutely NOT , what you get. Its not luxury at all. Bare minimum. You will get a different apartment then you are booking. The owner is using pictures for a completely different apartment, which is non existent for booking. The building ( the part in which this apartment is located) is very run down, dog friendly ( in a bad way) , badly maintained. In my opinion very overpriced. The owner offered a free car transfer as a concession for a dissatisfied customers ( us).

El hotel esta bastante bien, salvo que permiten que se dejen perros en las terrazas o balcones, los que no se limpian y con tanta humedad el olor es insportable.

We had a 2 bedrooms appartment which was spacious. Beds were comfortable and the appartment had everything needed. The view was fantastic and the location is great. Francisco who took care of our reservation and check in/out made himself totally available whatever time of the day. He took care of the stay like if he was renting his own appartment. First class. Faclities are great too with access to gym and swimming pool.

Tuvimos que esperar mucho para el check in a pesar de haber llegado por la tardecita, ya que quien tenía que avisar de nuestro ingreso no lo había hecho....

El hotel es bueno pero me parecio costoso el servicio de limpieza ya que no era proporcional a la estancia, yo solo me aloje una noche y tuve que pagar el valor de una semana de limpieza (95 usd) por todo lo demas bueno.

Excelente valor para quedarse por lo menos 5 dias a una semana o mas. La ubicacion es perfecto para relajarse y diversión de la vida noctura y playas. Definitivamente voy a regresar.

Arredamento completo di ogni cosa come ogni casa americana. Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che serve è anche di piu: lavatrice asciugatrice lavastoviglie microonde e la cucina completa. Con una piccola differenza abbiamo trovato bibite nel frigo e snacks in abbondanza, la tavola apparecchiata. L'impatto è stato gradevole fin dal primo istante. Il residence elegante e raffinato : piscina e jacuzzi riscaldate all'aperto; palestra e servizio di parcheggio con personale gentilissimo (valet). Siamo stati benissimo. Unica pecca il letto matrimoniale piccolo anche se era stato promesso king size.

Nous avons eu la supprise de constater qu'il fallait ajouter 95 dollars pour le nettoyage. Trop cher pour une seule nuit.

We had to leave our house to fumigate it, and we were looking for something close to the beach to spend the weekend, Because Expedia name this as a Hotel I was looking to go to a Hotel lobby for the check - in, this doesn't exist, Check- in is via phone and take so much time. I think it is way to expensive for what you get. The $95 dollars hotel fee is ridiculously plus they charge you $25 for parking space. You must leave the apartment clean if not they charge you. They ask you to take the garbage out but they don't leave garbage bags, so this is BYOB, if not they will charge for the garbage you leave there. Parking garage is way too complicated. You better go to a real hotel if you want to spend a nice weekend with your family.

The location is fantastic to shopping and the beach the only negative was that the master room comforter was dirty and there no extra blanks in the apt. But over all good

Mooie, modern ingerichte appartementen. De keuken is prima om ontbijt te maken, verder weinig keukengerei. Wasmachine/droger was voor ons heel handig met twee jonge kinderen. Zwembad was prima. Inchecken was even uitzoeken maar ging uiteindelijk makkelijk (we hebben tijdens ons hele verblijf niemand van de staff gezien). Locatie was een goede uitvalsbasis voor South Beach, Aventura mall, everglades etc! Ik zou hier naar terug gaan.

Ya conocíamos el lugar (que nos encanta), la playa es muy buena, cerca hay todos los servicios y la vista (nos tocó piso 24 al frente) espectacular. En el apartamento no tuvimos ningún problema, la atención de Francisco excelente nos resolvió todos los aspectos por lo que los consultamos. Tal vez el único detalle fue que el agua caliente alguna vez disminuyó la temperatura al querer bañarnos todos seguidos (eramos 4), lo que no fue ningún problema. Volveremos sin duda (de hecho, en este viaje ya estaba repitiendo el lugar). Algo que me llamo la atención fue que luego de hacer la reserva en Hoteles.com tuvimos que pagar antes otros cargos en la página del alojamiento antes de poder ir (garantía y parking). No fue un problema pero no fue habitual.

El lugar es precioso y la habitación aunque minimalista muy agradable. Lo único en contra es que tienen reglas muy estrictas y multas severas para todo, incluso por dejar basura en los botes. De verdad casi me pongo a tender las camas, no me fueran a multar.
