Fine place in the city center - the rooms was quite close to the reception. It was quite quiet. The location was excellent.

O hotel está finalizando a restauração e melhorias , pequenas obras que não incomodaram , o Ivan nos recebeu muito bem na recepção , hotel em prédio antigo sem elevadores ,sem geladeira , com códigos de acesso nas portas , não tem área de estacionamento em ruas próximas que for de carro nem perca tempo em procurar e estacione no Parking do centro , fica umas 5 quadras aproximadamente , próximo ao metrô , a localização para quem quer aproveitar os bares da cidade velha é excelente , tem uns 5 bares no piso térreo do hotel !! Recomendo com restrições para crianças e malas muito grandes !!

The location is good and it close to supermarket and metro station. You have to climb up stairs every day to reach your room. The building is under renovation and hopefully they will finish it soon (we do not know they are under renovation, otherwise I would not book there) really hot in room when there is heat wave without air conditioning

Fantastic location, rooms were immaculate everything new. All the staff were very friendly had a fantastic here.

Amazing hotel, especially for the price and location. The rooms are great, clean, and very comfortable. The staff at the reception as well as the one in charge of cleaning were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. It’s a block from the metro and walkable from most attractions by a 20 min walk. It does not have a lift, but the staff offered to help.

The hotel is in Casco Viejo, there are many restaurants and stores nearby. The Cathedral is very close and the Metro is a few minutes away. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.

Situé dans le old Bilbao, il est très bien placé. A 1km du musée Guggenheim. Le personnel est aux petits soins. La chambre est propre. Le lit confortable et douche à l'Italienne avec gel douche et Shampooing à disposition. Je recommande !

In the heart of the old city with lots of restaurants close by, and a 4-min walk from the nearesr metro stop.

The studio on the 3rd floor was outstanding..plenty of room to sit snd talk with my two friends. A large freezer and Fridge..excellent shower. Close to restaurants. Stores and muesums. The shining star was Ivan at the front desk. He was so nice and went above and beyond helping me.arrange a cab to the airport. As.there is no elevator, he also helped.me with my luggage. Thank yOU again. IVAN!

Conveniently located in the heart of the old town, with close access to tram and metro. Smart and spacious rooms within a traditional building. Lots of bars and shops on the doorstep

Good clean room with modern furnishings however there were renovations to the museum across the very narrow alley with lights on all night and very thin curtains which made sleeping problematic. Also the rooms are one or two floors up with a very twisting old wooden staircase with uneven steps so taking luggage up is quite difficult.

We stayed to nights in Bilbao and the location was perfect right in the old town. The room were very clean and the bathroom was also clean. Comfortable bed. Only a small room but that was perfect for us
