This is one of the worst hotels I had the displeasure to stay at!. The food is just terrible. My family got food poisoning, no room service, the towels are old and dirty, the hallways are in need of upgrade. This hotel is far from city center. Terrible!

Beş yıldızlı olmasına rağmen sıradan bir otel. Otele girişte en azından HES kodu istenebilir. Çünkü bazı müşteriler asansör dolu olsa da binmekte ısrarlıydı. Odanın temizliği kötüydü lavoboda kadın saçları vardı. Bu da bize Covid tedbirlerinin bu odada ne kadar uygulandığı konusunda korkuttu. Otele geç geldiğimiz için akşam yemek yiyelim dedik saat 21.30 kapanıyor yanıtını aldık. Dışarıda yemek yedik. Konumu merkeze yakın değil. Kahvaltı vasattı.

Son dakika boş yer bulduğum bir otel oldu.İyiki de burayı bulmuşum her yönüyle gayet memnun kaldım.Fiyatına göre çok çok iyi.Odası,temizliği,konforluğu,çalışanların ilgisi kısacası her yönüyle 4 4 lüktü.

We had a trouble during check-in. The front desk staff claimed that expedia did ot send any e-nail regarding our booking, and said that there was no reservation made!!!!! Later I showed the email of expedia showingnmy booking details. Later they accepted. But it was so unpleasant to hear that there was no booking:(

I was not impressed by this hotel and will probably not consider this hotel in any future visits to Urgup. Everything was just OK.

5 yıldızlı otel görünüyor ama oda da çay makinesi yok, minibar'da 2 adet 200 cc.lik şu dan başka birşey yok. Hamam var güya ama paralı. Kahvaltı da çocuk bardakları,kabuklu kesilmiş ve kurumuş portakal servisi, 5 yıldızlı otel beklentisini karşılamaktan çok uzaktı.

I was working, as part of an event being held in the area, so was glad of the comfy bed to relax after long days on my feet. Missed breakfast, and dinner due to the hours worked, so comment, but was glad of the 24 hr lobby service. The hotel is in a perfect location, not far to walk to the centre of town (15 mins) Quite, spacious rooms, relaxing lobby area. Stunning views, fantastic area to explore.

Hotel.com's 5 star review is incorrect. This is a one or two Starr hotel. Beds r uncomfortable.
