Large, well equipped villa. Pool area was good - beds were comfy. No complaints - would stay again.

Check in staff friendly and helpful. We arrived early and our room was not ready, they gave us towels and we used the pool while waiting for text to confirm we could check in. Lovely pool area and restaurant. Room had everything we needed, was large enough. Doors to wardrobe did not glide, more shuddered and were difficult to open. The hotel was great but the area it is in is not pretty - would not bother to come back to Exmouth.

We had a comfortable stay in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with nice amenities, good space and a well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighbors, easy parking. Quick walk to the beach, easy walk into town on wide sidewalks or quick drive. The staff was wonderful and very helpful! Also, the resort utilizes pavers instead of concrete and asphalt for the roads which is much nicer! Having Whalers Restaurant right there is a plus and Whalebone Brewery is close by with fantastic pizza and beer.

Floor was missing a goodxl deal of grout and was not clean. Bottom of white socks were filthy within a short period of time. Kitchen not well stocked for food prep and cooking. Beds comfortable, bathroom moldy. Area rugs stained. Incorrectly charged my cc, emailed to say they've fixed it, but not home yet so can't confirm. Not sure why this is rated 4.5 stars.

We only had 2 niggles. 1. Could not get free to air TV working, it looked like the remote was not working. The other remote for Foxtel was ok. 2. No plug in the bathroom sink, more difficult for wet shavers. Whalers restaurant on site was superb!

Fantastic in every respect!

Rooms were clean & had a spacious lounge/dining area. The pool was very refreshing. The air conditioners worked well. A very comfortable stay.

Rooms were absolutely filthy. Whalers the restaurant there was over priced and utter garbage. It’s like everyone there just does the bare minimum of their duties and calls it a day. I wouldn’t recommend staying or eating here to anyone. It completely shattered my experience.

Perfect accommodation, excellent facilities (nothing is missing) and very friendly service.

Room was great. AC in bedroom and living room. Washing machine (although it was extremely loud). Basic kitchen with a mini fridge/freezer and separate freezer. New ish TV and free wi-fi. Location is decent, less than 5 minute drive into town, no view but it seems not many places in Exmouth do. Everywhere looked neat/clean and well looked after. Only complaints was the fridge is tiny, we only used it for stuff to make sandwiches and it was pretty much full; and that the toilet is too close to the wall - my shoulders were too wide to fit so had to sit diagonally. Both pretty minor.

The apartment facilities were great. Well equipped kitchen, nice showers and spacious rooms. Clean and tidy. Good choice of TV channels.

Liked everything the property offered, great location, quality in respect of all essentials and furnishings. Nice pool and dining facility. Whenever there was a minor problem e.g. with dishwasher attended to immediately and with no fuss. Nothing to dislike.

Well appointed and comfortable property with everything one could need. Home from home.

Loverly room well thought out nice pool area easy to get around good location friendly staff resurant. Ran out of fresh seafood traveling to a seaside resort you would expect to have a better choice of fresh seafood

Relaxing place to stay

Nice and quiet, clean and tidy, easy check-in, a little bit of a walk into downtown Exmouth - shame there is no courtesy bus or similar ( there appears to be only one cab in town which does not answer calls to book)
