Aside from the restaurant only open from 4-9pm and the pool full of screaming kids, the rest was great

The staff was very friendly and Helpful. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. If I have to travel again would definitely recommend staying there..

Everything was great.

We enjoyed having a main level room as it made for easier in & out through the patio doors. Each bathroom in the pool room has a sauna! Great scavenger hunt for the kids right in the lobby while parents can enjoy a bite of the breakfast!

Lovely room. Very comfortable bed and sheets and pillows. Plenty of towels. Clean room and bathroom

Bed wasn't made back up 1 day. Someone else parked in my spot outside my door.

The front desk was accommodating. Pool was nice and well dehumidified. Breakfast had good options.

The hot buffet breakfast was very good. The restaurant wasn't open. Not enough TV channels. Thank goodness for Youtube.

We love going here. It's very reasonably priced and the staff are lovely. The pool is big and the hot tub and sauna both work. A lovely glass filled pool area makes for a pleasant stay. Thanks to Shelley and staff for taking good care of us. Until next time. Stella x

The hotel is alright. The place is run down. The pool is nice and big. But lots of people walking through the area. My son enjoyed the hippo scavenger hunt. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Bed was comfortable

Ice machine out dated along with out door appearance. Staff were fantastic.

Hotel was good. Clean no issues. However, we were on the ground floor at the very back. A little confusing to get to the room. Ended up walking all around the building.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though we had a sick toddler one night. The pool was fun. You need to pick up your towels at the front desk and return them there, which I do understand why. There were a lot of small ants in the pool showers but I'd rather them there than the hotel room. Breakfast had a good variety and warm selection (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast). This was our second stay here and I would go back, great value for your money.

Room was rundown and not completely clean.Wallpaper had come down and was stapled back up.Large gap underneath door,(could look right under).Staff could not provide a paper copy of the bill.

Room was very spacious. Every room having either a balcony or walk out is a plus. Pool is large and clean. Breakfast was better than expected, fresh fruit, waffle maker, bacon, eggs, etc. The rooms could have been cleaner, but other than that, very happy and would stay again for sure.
