It was close (walking distance) to University Hospital. There was an annoying constant hum. Perhaps from an outdoor generator???

Free easy parking. Very close to University Hospital.

We had a room with a kitchenette. It was almost pointless. There was a fridge, microwave, sink & counter. No stove or cooktop, coffee- maker, pans, knives, etc. Only two plates, bowls, cups & cutlery. The bed was comfortable.

Stain on sheets and very tired room, super nice staff and not a bad value for the price.

Clean room, comfortable bed, very conveniently situated for our visit. Thankyou.

Strange entrance but great once inside!

Unfortunately my stay was not ideal. I had to change rooms as there was long black hairs on the tub and all over the bed sheets. In the second room the heat was not working and initially was told that the boiler was just warming up only to freeze all night and be told in the morning that Infact the heat source was broken. If I would have known the night before when I first mentioned it I would have checked in to a different hotel. I normally do not leave negative reviews but in this case it was extreme.

Clean room, though bathroom plunger was coated in dust. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Extra blanket and kettle would have been appreciated.

Dtaff was nice, rooms were clean. Right across from the hospital. Honestly we only came, slept and left but was exactly what we needed, at a reasonable price, in the perfect location.

I was concerned about the state of repair of room 318 based on my last stay, and asked to see the room before I registered. It looked OK so imagine my shock when I got into bed late at night and found the mattress was broken and I was sliding off while trying to sleep. In the morning staff apologized but did not give me a discount.

The room was clean and the staff were very courteous. Excellent.

Courteous & helpful staff but the TV technology needs to be improved. A 19” TV screen with cumbersome remote controls? Come on… We’re in a new millennium.
