Stedet kunne godt bruge en kærlig hånd og manglede gryder og pander så det var ikke nemt at lave mad selv der men stedet var generelt meget rolig ognikke meget larm udover en sporvogn som kørte fordi

If I could give the property and their management a negative 10 I would. Two days before the stay I got a message saying to reach out to them for check in instructions 72 hours before. I replied and received no answer I kept trying up until the day we arrived in Zurich. I kept calling but no answer, we arrived in Zurich at 3pm by 6pm we started to look for another hotel. Everything was booked by then, at 7:45pm I tried calling one more time and she answered telling us all we needed to do was go to property and call 30min before arriving and she would have her colleague meet us there. We headed to the property called her when we got there still had to wait another 15min for the man to come take us to the unit. (He smelled like he had been drinking). Took us to the unit on the third floor elevator was not working and he laughed about how it would be good exercise for us. When we entered room it was hot no air conditioning, there were some spiders on the bed. Bathroom door would not close no outlet covers, tv didn’t have any cable connections to watch anything. The door did not have a working lock, when we turned off the bathroom light the vent kept going and would not stop, toilet seat was not attached properly kept moving. Shower holder was broken, no cover on vent in bathroom. When my husband went to plug the phone charger he got shocked, that was the last straw, I thought I would have to take him to an emergency room. There was no safety there we could not stay there.

Das Parkplatzproblem ist im weiten Umkreis katastrophal, fast unlösbar für Auswärtige. Die angegebenen Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind nicht realistisch. Von nur 3 Plätzen sind 2 dauervermietet!

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Liegenschaft, die hier und da noch etwas mehr Pflege bedürfte. Z.B. es hatte einige kaputte Glühbirnen und in meinem Appartment war der Kühlschrank nicht sehr sauber und die Liege auf der Terrasse war kaputt. Ansonsten war ich aber sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt.

El lugar no tiene aire acondicionado y está en la azotea por lo tanto el sol le pega todo el día a la habitación desde las 5 am hasta las 9.30 pm y se calienta muchísimo, el elevador estuvo fuera de servicio toda la semana que estuve hospedado en el lugar, el internet es malísimo se desconecta cada 3 minutos y tienes que salir al pasillo a buscar la señal.

Environment a bit noisy as there is a church bell ringing at night and there is a train passing by regularly. Otherwise it was clean and a nice stay overall. Parking is almost a problem as it is full everywhere.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, leidet habe ich keinen Parkplatz bekommen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind arg begrenzt. Ausser dem Check-in war alles super. Wir mussten längere Zeit warten bis jemand kam und uns reinlies weil der Check-in-Automat nicht funktionierte. Ansonsten werde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Sometimes I’ve tried to fall the person that worked at the reception, and for many times I dint have an answer, towel and also a girl that speak Spanish is very rude. The Turkish manager is a cool.

No heater or hot water. It was snowing and I was freezing in the apartment. Terrible communication and no one talk to to fix the issue.

The people from Livingdowntown Apartments are very professional and kind. The Apartments are cozy, clean, well equipped and in area near the city center. I rightly recommend it

Für zwei Nächte als Geschäftsreisender war es in Ordnung, auch wenn es mehrere kleine Mängel gab wie: Lockere Türklinke, defekte Microwelle, beschädigte Duschabtrennung und das ich die Bustickets vom Vorgänger im Schrank fand. Die Dachterasse, der Blick und eine komplette Küchenzeile waren durchaus Highlights. Für Autoreisende ist die Lage suboptimal, da öffentliche Parkplätze sehr rar sind.

These apartments are reasonably priced and reasonably located. They are within easy reach of public transportation. Where it falls a bit short is the condition of the apartments (they are clean but they seem to be in need of maintenance; things have started falling apart). One of the biggest issue is parking: they did not advertise properly that they only have 2 parking spaces for 12 or so apartments. So I had to scramble to find a place to park the car. The staff on the phone was not helpful, suggesting me to get a local parking permit form the police (not an easy task when you don't speak German and arrive late in the evening). There is a public parking 200 m up the road; I used that (quite expensive but no other choice).

No remote for the TV, only 1 light bulb for the entire room, kettle not working. I called and informed, wasn't repaired when I left 3 days later. And the room is by no means 30 square meters, max 18.

Ei vastaanotto henkilöä.Ulkotilassa sisäänkirjoituslaite,johon joutuu syöttämään hekilötiedot,passin numerot,pankkitiedot,saadakseen avaimen.Ei onnistunut meiltä,toinen asukas tuli neuvomaan ja hän sai onnistumaan kokeiltuaan kaksi kertaa.Kuitenkin tapahtuma oli kirjautunut pankin tilille kahdesti, jolloin otimme yhteyttä omistajaan ,ja hän lupasi hoitaa asian pankin kanssa..Luulisi olevan helppoa kouluttaa esimerkiksi siivojan hoitamaan sisäänkirjautumisen.Vaikka huoneito oli uusittu,ei oltu ajateltu edes ruuanlaitossa tarvittavaa valoa,samoin kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut yhtään pyyhekoukkua..Kun halusin kytkeä tietokoneen,niin täytyi irroittaa sängyn yövalo.kun ei ollut tarvittavaa pistoketta. Sänky oli suorastaan ylimitoitettu leveydestä,valitettavasti toisen puolen kannatin oli rikkoutunut eikä kukaan ollut vaivautunut sitä korjaamaan,oli epämiellyttävä nukkua "montussa".Ovien lukot erittäin vaikeat käsitellä,ulko-oven kahva lähes irti.

I did not know how to go in the apartment as there was nobody there only a machine. It did not take my booking reference for some strange reason and I had to call on the phone to find out what the problem is. It should be made more easier and made sure that the booking reference woks that one gets from the booking confirmation. I did not get any receipt yet after almost 5 days of having paid for the Hotel and I am still waiting for it as well. I wrote chat to the Hotel place and I did not get any answer on it. This 3 service points have to be improved.

Es war ok .

Had 11 nights at this apartment with all but the last 4 having the shower almost unworkable. The last 4 nights the shower was repaired. Even though clear for 2 people only one chair and one coffee cup on arrival (did provide extra the next day). Management altered locks without notice and waited 1 1/2 hours to get in on 9th day.
