Quelques déficiences dans la salle de bain en cours de correctif qui devraient être terminés avant de relouer la chambre

Broken chair, broken coffre machine, dangerous slippy shower, defectuous bathtub drainage, bumpy elevator

Bed very uncomfortable

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour, en plein au coeur de la ville, très bien situé

Je comprends que le prix viens avec l'offre et demande (une conférence à la ville pendant mon séjour) mais j'ai trouvé cher pour quoi que offre.

Du pour être rafraichit

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially since we did not speak French. Room was extremely comfortable. Breakfast delicious. We were very satisfied. Thank you.

I enjoyed my stay, the location was near the areas I wanted to visit.

Very comfortable room on 3rd floor. Clean and spacious.

Check in staff was pleasant but not friendly. Parking situation is terrible. Luckily it was not very busy during our stay. Room and especially the bathroom had a musty odour. Bed was not a queen size and very well used. There wasn’t even a top sheet provided.

Service was not good, and rooms fixtures were broken, and I was given the wrong room initially, and the staff was not professional in the night shift, he had headphones on for personal use and shirt wasn’t even tucked, he did not look professional at all. Furthermore found hair on the toilet seat meaning the room was not cleaned properly. Room was okay but would not recommend for price.

Old bath and shower

Premièrement ils ne prennent que les cartes de crédit. La carte pour accéder à la chambre non fonctionnelle. Accepte les chiens mais nous oblige à les avoir en tout temps avec nous ce qui s'avère difficile pour aller souper dans les restaurants avoisinants. ( chiens acceptés mais sous surveillance permanente des maitres ce qui cause plusieurs désagréments)
