PARA ESTANCIA DE PASO ES SUFICIENTE, EL PERSONAL ATENTO Y AMABLE, AIRE ACONDICIONADO BUENO, LA HABITACION ES PEQUEÑA PARA 3 ADULTOS, LA COLADERA DEL BAÑO SUELTA Y EL AGUA SE ENCHARCA YA QUE NO DRENABA RAPIDO, NO HAY GANCHOS PARA COLGAR ROPA, LA ALBERCA LA USAMOS PERO NO ESTABA MUY LIMPIA YA QUE HABÍA INSECTOS MUERTOS Y HOJAS FLOTANDO YA QUE SOLO LA LAVAN POR LA MAÑANA, EL ESTACIONAMIENTO ES POCO INCOMODO SI VAS EN CAMIONETA HAY QUE DEJAR LLAVES Y LOS AUTOS LOS ESTACIONAN MUY PEGADOS, HAY MUCHAS ESCALERA POR LO QUE PARA PERSONAS CON MOBILIDAD REDUCIDA NO ES PRACTICO, EN EL RESTAURANTE ATIENDEN BIEN Y RAPIDO AUNQUE LOS PRECIOS SON LIGERAMENTE ALTOS, NOS TOCÓ FIESTA EN EL PARQUE Y ESTUVIERON TRONANDO CUETES COMO HASTA LAS 12 DE LA NOCHE

Me agrado el lugar, bastante comodas las habitaciones, el personal fue amable en todo momento. Lo unico malo fue que en mi habitación no realizaron una limpieza adecuada, fuera de eso todo bien con el hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Arcos del Parque was truly a terrible experience. The room was very small — which we could have accepted — but the real issue was the extreme noise. It felt as if there were no walls between the rooms. We could hear our neighbor coughing all night, their television constantly on, and people walking around the courtyard. Every sound came straight through. Because of this, we barely slept. Even worse, it created a strong feeling of insecurity. You simply don’t feel protected when you can hear everything so clearly — it makes you wonder how easily someone could enter. Save your money and choose a better hotel, even if it means staying further away from this area. Honestly, sleeping in your car — something we would normally never recommend — might feel safer. In one word: awful.
