My experience at this hotel was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that the common areas were dusty and poorly maintained. When I entered the room, there was a strong musty smell, mold on the walls, and even cobwebs in the corners. The worst part was the bathroom—it had leaks, and water was dripping from the ceiling, apparently from the bathroom in the room above. Additionally, the pool was dirty and neglected, making it unusable. The kitchen was also very unhygienic, which made me question the safety of the food. Overall, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness made my stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.

I like everything there

The TV not working nobody care about the customer no good food. wi when you’re thirsty go by your own water if the boss not here even Malay try to buy it they’re on break and sell at the water. You gotta wait for the bus coming home for the next day. My daughter must kill me for water I have to drive 24 hour hour to drive to get water for my daughter

Se fue el agua tenía q salir temprano llego tarde no tienen nevera la habitación y tampoco un espejo tan barato q son no vuelvo y dise incluye desayuno y nunca lo vi

Como siempre el Hotel Renacer es mi hotel en la ciudad, porque relación precio-calidad es conveniente, además está céntrico y es limpio. El personal de la Recepción siempre amable y servicial. Recomiendo este hotel siempre

Inexpensive and great if all you are going to do is stay a night. Includes a basic breakfast and is in a great location close to the Colonial Zone, the malecon and a few major roads. Rooms are very basic, with some level of disrepair which is typical of less expensive hotels in the DR. But it was clean. Parking is right next to the hotel and fairly secure. We will stay here again.

Mi hotel en la ciudad porque es céntrico, las habitaciones limpias, el personal de la recepción muy amable. Con relación al precio y calidad está bien.
