Muy bonito.

Es un hotel al puro frente de la playa. El mantenimiento es difícil ya que se siente la brisa del mar. La Piscina súper linda. Personal muy atento. Es agradable no lujoso. Con lo básico de un hotel para descansar.

Es uno de los hoteles más elegantes y cómodos del Pacífico Central de Costa Rica. Se descansa mucho.

Excelente lugar apartado y mucha naturaleza,, muy cordiales los colaboradores

El personal es muy amable. Buena localización. El ruido se filtra de una habitación a otra. A veces el staff habla muy fuerte en el pasillo en horas donde los huéspedes aún descansan. Las instalaciones requieren un poco de mantenimiento.

Soy cliente frecuente. Es un lugar que me gusta mucho.

Love the hotel. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast could use an upgrade.

Some of the staff were very nice. The parking lot was small and unsafe. Restaurant unkept, dirty tables, not so attent staff. Staying at this place was simply a nightmare. Will now recommend it at all.

The Hotel was very conveniently located, and the employees were all very professional and friendly. They were always willing to assist my daughter and I.

We got room 202, got there late and smell like sewer or mold from used AC. The smell was unbearable and I had to ask for a room change, we were given room 201 but still smell bad, the AC was not working well. The room has a jacuzzi inside and old Cassette AC system either or both cause bad smell and mold. These rooms should not be rented until proper repairs and cleaning are completed. At the restaurant the guy was using an air blower to clean up - very high noise and just removing the sand but not actually sanitizing the area.
