Aircondioner and heater inoperable. Internet Problems. Hot water problems

Decent room for the price. They let me check in early so that was kind of them. However I didn't have any bath mat in room, the room had issues with wall outlet not being at easily accessible location and I prefer it to have been a bit quieter then it was. All that thing said it was reasonable and I would recommend for a non picky person. Don't come expecting a 4-5 star level treatment. This is not that. I would still return for a quick 1-3 day trip

This place is in the worst area possible.. its also dirty and yucky...

Top notch , first , the staff , selfless and ready to assist, room was clean and a good size, the location is great, spa, gym abd restaurant are excellent. Managers have a tight ship and tight crew.. enjoyed my time felt safe and the staff like friends, ofcourse ill stay again.

El personal sumamente amable, el totel por fuera esta lindo. Las habitaciones por dentro necesitan una remodelacion y renovar sus sabanas y tv.

Cockroaches in the room. Rusty water in the pipes. Digital code to room door was very difficult to use and completely unsecure. Anyone could have the codes to these doors.

The services was ok however the bed we received was not a king it was a queen we we’re expecting a king

Problems with the wifi and didn't get towels till next day. Everything else is good.

I had to wait 4 hours for my room to be ready. Bed sheets were not on & no towels.

Mean when I got to my room the battery for the lock ran out but the staff helped out and we’re understanding. They were all helpful tho right my stay and when I left even helped by calling a cab for me, bout to come back to the same hotel because the food was also very good.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. I had a great stay and am already looking forward to visiting again.

There was no towels in the room.
