Accesible parking and clean image from the outside of the hotel, just not the entrance from the street. Big No, no if you have kids. Rooms need some updates, big time especially the restrooms. Would NOT stay there again.

I really, really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was amazing. As someone working in hospitality, I can honestly say this was great service. The staff treated me so well and took good care of me. The spa was an incredible experience. I highly recommend it while staying there. I was able to book an appointment at the last minute, and I really appreciate that. Definitely going back!

Most things were great but the fitness center is a joke and too small, hot and smelly to work out. I ended up getting a membership at TJ fitness a minute walk from the hotel. I would stay there again but don’t count on the fitness center.

Esta foi minha 4 vez neste hotel, e meu quarto este ano, foi maravilhoso! O hotel é seguro, tem recepção 24 horas, a rua é bem movimentada, tem supermercado na esquina, loja de conveniência. A rua não é lá muito bonita, mas o centro de Tijuana é assim mesmo!! Para minha finalidade, que é ficar hospedada perto da linha fronteiriça com os Estados Unidos, o hotel é perfeito!!

I booked the property with wrong date accidentally in right front of the property and five minutes later I checked in The property can’t refund me the money.

I loved the property the fact that they have security guards 24/7 makes you feel safe they were also very helpful with everything like helping you get a taxi and showing you how to get around safely the only thing I could really think they can improve is the gym it would be cool if it was bigger with newer machines other than that it was great I will definitely be staying there again everyone was super nice and helpful

The hotel is in an area surrounded by prostitutes and not very safe to walk around in the evening. The first front desk attendant was nice and helpful. After we arrived we didn't feel safe, so we asked to cur our stay short but they told us that wasn’t possible. We could leave but no money back. The bed was really old and uncomfortable. The shower door could fall any second.

8 dollars for a can of beer in Mexico?

The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel itself was dated and they used too much disinfectant. If you like the lingering smell of Pinesol then this hotel is for you. Other than Mexican ICE raiding our hotel, it was a fun trip and the street food vendors around the hotel was excellent.

Creo que más atenciones y estaría bien que dejaran una botella de agua en la habitación dado a que mucho hoteles así lo acostumbran
