Overall a mix of good and bad. But you cannot deny this hotel is the only hotel i would stay in.. you'll understand when you go.

This property is the best there is on the island.

Staff were professional and courteous. Room was clean. During reservation it says free breakfast but was charged $78 for myself and my wife.

El personal no tiene absolutamente nada de amabilidad y nunca hicieron una limpieza de la habitación en tres días. Para q nos cambiaran las toallas tuve que llamar más de tres veces a la recepción para que mandaran a la de limpieza a cambiarlas pero nunca limpiaron. Las personas de servicio del hotel excepto en restaurante de sushi. Son las personas más arrogantes y mal educadas que he conocido. Su amabilidad es pésima
